Background: the aim of public passenger transportation service systems is improvement of the services quality while the competition between different modes of transport for transportation volumes and routes. Complex and objective evaluation of effects caused by construction of a passenger maglev line require the research of approach, which focused on detecting the changes in quality of public transportation services and anthropologic impact on environment. Aim: research of the approach, which allow to do comparative evaluation of complex of effects, which appear while implementation the maglev transport into the public passenger transportation service system. Methods: mathematical statistics, sociological researches, comparative analysis, modelling. Results: for evaluation of effectiveness of different modes of transport for public passenger transportation services researches the approach to calculation the integrated index of consumer appeal of a mode of transport; for evaluation of practical benefits of maglev transport implementation researched the approach to calculation direct and indirect effects, which are the basis of a cumulative effect calculation. In addition, researched the approach for calculation the additional effects, which allow to evaluate the improvement of transportation accessibility, operational effects and ecological effects. Conclusion: The approach allows to do objective evaluation of benefits of implementation new transportation mode into the system of public passenger transportation service at particular routes, which is the basis of its implementation into the practice.
According to economist Klaus Schwab, the today’s community is at the threshold of the Fourth Industrial Revolution which will influence transport branch especially. Today, we see a fundamental change of assessment of the place and role of transport in the world progress. At the governmental level the tasks of realisation of large-scale projects have been determined, which will be able to strengthen Russia’s positions at the world freight transport market, namely container transport, increase Russia’s transit potential, speed, quality of passenger service and freight transport. The authors suggest options to solve the set tasks building on the idea of implementation of innovative magnetic levitation technology while establishing East-West Transport Transit Corridor. Magnetic levitation technology is competitive with the existing modes of transport in key speed, sustainability, energy efficiency and safety parameters, namely ecological safety. The main purpose of establishment of a transit transport corridor is to introduce a new transport service with a unique number of properties. Accordingly, transport and technology tasks are solved which are associated with construction and modernisation of transport lines, terminals, information systems, etc. The project of transport transit corridor in question is suggested to undertake in three stages. The assessment of Russian container transport market and comparison study of maglev and conventional railway transport parameters confirm efficiency of the project. To deliver this project, the decision should be made at the governmental level.
Background: Development of Science in Russia is currently in urgent need of a thorough support from the state. Fundamental researches create ground for detalisation of innovative ideas and bring them closer through applied research to their developments and implementation. Ensuring sustainability of the countrys economy is possible only through contributing resources to researches of immediate relevance. Under existing conditions, special relevance is acquired by development of tools for assessment of additional effects of financing innovative development. Aim: The purpose of this study is to assess the impact on the national economy of the costs on innovative development of companies. Methods: Search for and analysis of: options of assessment of available information about results of scientific researches (both patented and those that are not officially registered as intellectual property); ways of deriving economic benefit from owning scientific researches results with absence of opportunity for their introduction into a companys activity or for selling. To assess the influence of expenses for innovative development on the national economy, the index of innovation support for the national economy (ISNE) is suggested to be used. Results: The algorithm for calculation of ISNE is presented. It is suggested to consider relevant for calculation those expenses of the companies, that work on development independently or with the help of national knowledge generation sector and higher education. These expenses are for: salaries, considering premium; procurement of national equipment and materials; paying for work carried out and services rendered by contracted companies. All other expenses at this stage are suggested to be deemed as irrelevant. The factor can be calculated for each company-resident, irrespective of type of activity and field of scientific researches for ID purposes. Conclusion: For companies that investing considerably in scientific and technical, innovative development, the increase of ISNE can be an additional incentive (with governmental support), will help in drawing attention to existing potential of the Russian science, save and multiply number of scientific schools, maintain high quality of scientific development and their effectiveness.
The article is devoted to the research of the composition of elements in the aerial part of a poorly studied species of the genus Leonurus L. - Leonurus deminutus V. Krecz, the most common in Central Siberia. This species belongs to the plants of folk medicine and is used as a sedative and antihypertensive agent in the form of infusions, tinctures and fresh juice. Objective: to study the composition of elements of the aerial part of L. deminutus of Central Siberian flora. Materials and methods. The object of the study was the aerial organs of L. deminutus harvested during the flowering period in 2020 in the Irkutsk Region. To study the composition of elements we used the method of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) using a quadrupole mass spectrometer “Agilent 7500 ce”. Results. 72 elements were found in the aerial organs of L. deminutus, 9 of which belong to the group of macroelements (Al, K, C, Si, Mg, Na, S, P, Cl), the rest belong to the group of micro- and ultramicroelements (Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu, V, Cr are the most valuable). The content of heavy metals and arsenic complies with the permissible standards regulated by the XIV State Pharmacopoeia of the Russian Federation. Conclusion. The composition of elements in the aerial organs of L. deminutus was studied for the first time. The data obtained indicate the promising use of the studied species as a reserve source of minerals.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
