Pandemi COVID-19 telah menimbulkan dampak negative terhadap berbagai aspek kehidupan seperti kesehatan, obat-obatan, gaya hidup, perekonomian dan lain-lain. Salah satu aspek yang penting adalah fluktuasi harga karena fluktuasi harga yang tinggi sangat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan daya beli masyarakat. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini mencoba untuk memantau fluktuasi harga yang terjadi di tingkat produsen, pedagang dan pengecer. Beberapa bahan makan pokok yang dipantau adalah beras medium, cabai merah keriting, cabai rawit merah dan bawang merah. Kegiatan pemantauan dilakukan oleh peneliti dan Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan DIY di daerah Yogyakarta, Sleman, Bantul, Kulon Progo dan Gunungkidul selama periode Maret 2021. Pengumpulan data-data mengenai harga pangan pokok dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode panel harga. Data-data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif berdasarkan tingkat perbedaan harga pada setiap tingkat.
Sarisa Merapi is a micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) engaged in food processing such as candied snakefruit, snakefruit's juice, snakefruit's lunkhead, telang tea, and eggroll. Among these products, candied snakefruit is the most demanded product due to its sweet and fresh taste, and cheap. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the production process, sanitation application, and quality control of candied snakefruit products in Sarisa Merapi. Data were collected through observation, interviews, literature study and documentation focused on preparing raw materials, processing and packaging. The production process of candied snakefruit includes sorting, stripping, cutting, soaking, washing, draining, boiling, draining, and packaging and storage. The observations found that the application of sanitation and hygiene in the production of candied snakefruit is quite good. However, some problems such as the condition of walls and floors were difficult to clean, workers did not routinely use aprons, and the production room did not have wall partitions to separate the spaces. These problems need to be addressed to minimize the negative impact on the products produced and also on consumers.
The purpose of bread quality control is to determine the number of defects in bread during production so that causes and solutions can be found to solve the problem. The control chart method and the Pareto diagram were used to determine the product defect. The Control Chart method aims to determine the control of defective products, whether the production process is still within the control limits or outside the control limits and to find out how to control defective products. This study contributes to investigating the quality control of bakery products at PT. ABC in Lampung. The results obtained after the analysis using the P-Chart control showed that the defect bread data was still within the limits of LCL and UCL. By using the Control Chart method, it shows that the product is still within the control limits. The fishbone diagram method contains several factors that cause defects on the bakery products. These factors include materials, people, machines, and processes. The main factor that is very influential in causing defects in bread is the human factor due to the lack of manpower which causes employees to become tired and lack focus in doing work.
Abstrak: Masalah; Pandemi COVID-19 telah melemahkan nilai-nilai yang diharapkan dari pendidikan dan ketahanan pangan serta berdampak pada psikologi masyarakat. Metode: Melakukan observasi awal, merumuskan strategi yang sesuai saat terjadi pandemi, melakukan diskusi dan tanya jawab dengan selalu memperhatikan tata cara kesehatan. Masa pandemi berdampak pada kualitas manusia pada pendidikan, ekonomi serta psikologis. Untuk itu diperlukan upaya membangun sumber daya manusia melalui bidang pendidikan dan ekonomi serta psikologi. Permasalahan yang terjadi karena rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang meningkatkan pendidikan, ekonomi serta psikologis selama masa pandemi. Hasil: meningkatkan pemahaman cara kualitas SDM melalui pendidikan agama, ekonomi serta psikologi, melalui tanya jawab edukasi, diskusi cara membangun SDM melalui sektor pendidikan dan ekonomi serta psikologis. Kesimpulan: masyarakat memulai pendidikan agama dari rumah tangga masing-masing dengan memberikan contoh, kebiasaan, dan penghargaan. Dalam bidang ekonomi, masyarakat mengelola dan memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang ada dan mendekatkan diri kepada Allah untuk memberikan kesehatan dan perlindungan.Abstract: Problem; The COVID-19 pandemic has weakened the values expected of education and food security and has had an impact on people's psychology. Methods: Conduct initial observations, formulate appropriate strategies during a pandemic, conduct discussions and ask questions by always paying attention to health procedures. The pandemic period has an impact on human quality in education, economy, and psychology. For this reason, efforts are needed to build human resources through the fields of education and economics as well as psychology. Problems that occur due to low public understanding about improving education, economics, and psychology during the pandemic. Results: increasing understanding of how to quality human resources through religious, economic, and psychological education, through educational questions and answers, discussions on how to build human resources through the education and economic and psychological sectors. Conclusion: people start religious education from their respective households by providing examples, habits, and rewards. In the economic field, the community manages and utilizes existing natural resources and draws closer to God to provide health and protection.
