Abstrak -Smartphone merupakan salah satu teknologi yang sangat cepat berkembang, berbagai macam fungsi serta fitur canggih disematkan didalamnya. Para produsen Smartphone juga terus berlomba-lomba untuk memproduksi berbagai macam tipe dan jenis Smartphone setiap tahunnya. Hal ini sering membuat masyarakat kebingungan saat ingin membeli Smartphone dipasaran, karena selain banyaknya ragam Smartphone dari berbagai merk, juga disebabkan ada beberapa jenis Smartphone yang memiliki fitur dan fungsi yang sama hanya berbeda merk. Dengan dibuatnya sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web ini, para pengguna yang khususnya ingin membeli Smartphone akan mendapatkan rekomendasi berupa perangkingan merk Smartphone berdasarkan kriteria yang diinginkan pengguna. Penerapan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dalam sistem ini menghasilkan proses perhitungan nilai akhir dengan sangat baik sehingga hasil akhir nilai dapat ditampilkan dari merk Smartphone dengan nilai tertinggi (paling sesuai dengan kriteria pengguna) sampai dengan merk Smartphone dengan nilai terendah (tidak sesuai dengan kriteria pengguna).Katakunci: peringkat, SAW, smartphone, SPKAbstract - Smartphones is one of technology that is very fast developing, various functions and sophisticated features embedded in it. This makes people confused when they want to buy a Smartphone in the market, because in addition to the many kinds of Smartphones from various brands, also caused by several types of Smartphones that have the same features and functions, only different brands. With this web-based Decision Support System, users who specifically want to buy a Smartphone will get a recommendation a Smartphone brand ranking based on the criteria the user wants. The application of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in this system results in a very good final value calculation process, so that the final value can be displayed from the Smartphone brand with the highest value (most appropriate based on user criteria) up to the Smartphone brand with the lowest value (not according to user criteria).Keywords: DSS, ranking, SAW, smartphones

Abstract— The use of technology and information systems is an obligation that must be applied by every agency or organization to simplify and optimize operational implementation. Many agencies are actively using information systems so that the agency's performance can run well, systematically, and controlled, which will impact the credibility of their agency. A good information system can be created because of good planning. Strategic planning of information systems allows producing a good information system. This is because the output produced is in the form of strategic plans and documents that methodically describe the needs of information systems. Torsina Private Vocational School is a vocational school that seeks to implement information systems in every operation to improve schools' services. Therefore, strategic planning is needed in the development of IS/IT at Torsina Private Vocational Schools so that the implementation of information systems becomes more controlled and on target. IS/IT strategic planning in this study uses the Ward and Peppard model, while the analytical tools used are Critical Success Factors (CSF's), SWOT Analysis, Value Chain, and McFarlans Strategic Grid. The existence of an analytical tool is used to support the Ward and Peppard model to determine the internal and external environmental conditions of the organization. The results of this study are strategic planning of information systems at Torsina Private Vocational Schools in the form of business strategy, IT strategy, IS/IT management strategy, and an information system portfolio that is mapped based on the level of importance.

Dosen pembimbing dan penguji skripsi sebagai salah salah satu tugas akhir untuk seorang mahasiswa sangatlah penting karena berperan sebagai pengarah, fasilitator, serta memberikan motivasi. Penentuan dosen pembimbing dan penguji pada Jurusan Sistem Informasi Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (MIPA) masih dilakukan melalui rapat internal jurusan. Hal tersebut kurang efektif dan efisien mengingat jumlah mahasiswa yang mengajukan tugas akhir sangat banyak, judul tugas akhir mahasiswa yang sangat beragam, serta dosen pembimbing dan penguji dengan kompetensi yang berbeda-beda. Hasil akhir  sistem dapat menunjukkan urutan ranking dosen pembimbing dan penguji skripsi dengan metode Weighted Product, selain itu juga pada sistem ini nantinya akan memberikan informasi jumlah mahasiswa yang dibimbing, mahasiswa yang di uji dan jumlah mahasiswa yang selesai dibimbing oleh dosen yang bersangkutan. Sistem dapat juga mencetak berita acara pelaksanaan skripsi yang terbagi menjadi seminar proposal, seminar hasil dan sidang sarjana dimana secara otomatis sudah dilengkapi nama dosen pembimbing dan penguji. Dengan dibangunnya sistem ini harapannya dapat membantu memudahkan jurusan ketika akan menentukkandosen pembimbing dan penguji skripai serta memudahkan proses administrasi tugas akhir di Jurusan Sistem Informasi Fakultas MIPA Universitas Tanjungpura.

A website is one of the choices of means used to facilitate an agency in providing information. A quality website is a website that can give satisfaction to users. The availability of features on the website that suit user needs, attractive website appearance, easy-to-remember steps, and feedback are some of the essential points that can satisfy users. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Singkawang is a school that uses a website to provide information; until now, the MAN Singkawang website has never measured the quality of the website, so schools do not know the user satisfaction. This study aims to implement the Webqual and EUCS methods to determine the effect of website quality on end-user satisfaction. The test is carried out through several levels, namely, validity test, reliability test, t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of the statement test stated that all questions were valid and reliable; there was a positive and significant influence of website quality through the independent variables Webqual and EUCS on the dependent variable user satisfaction (satisfaction), either partially or simultaneously. The coefficient of determination test results obtained a value of 58.8%, meaning that the ability of the independent variable to provide an explanation related to the dependent variable is relatively high. In other words, the independent variable offers a lot of information needed to predict the dependent variable. As for the calculation of user satisfaction on the MAN Singkawang website, a user satisfaction value of 83% is obtained. This value indicates that the students of MAN Singkawang are very satisfied through the quality provided on the MAN Singkawang website.
