This study analyzes the role of the Waste Bank in increasing customer income (study of the Sakura Palembang Waste Bank (BSS)). Data were collected through direct interviews with the Head of the Sukawinatan Garbage Unit at the Environmental Service and BSS managers, employees, customers and the community around the location in the research area. The method used in this research is a qualitative method by conducting in-depth interviews. With this method, researchers can directly see field conditions and interact directly with important parties in the research. The results show that there is a good and active role from the Sakura Waste Bank managers in increasing customer income, as well as the positive impact of better waste management that is felt by the community around the BSS location
