The aims of this study is to find the existence of MAMA (Motivation, Ability, and Moral Awareness) model to the commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The subject of the research is the five stars hotels at Nusa Dua Bali. Respondents of this study are the operational employees at the hotels who have Hindu religion with 198 samples.
This study aims to examine the influence of Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value added (MVA) on stock returns in construction sector companies incorporated in index Lq45 period 2015-2019. The population of this study is 45 companies incorporated in the Lq45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Based on the sample selection criteria, it was obtained 3 companies entered the criteria using the purposive sampling method. The analytical techniques used in this study were multiple linear regression analyses using SPSS version 22. The results of the study showed that the Test result F indicates that the independent variables of Economic Value added (EVA) and Market Value added (MVA) simultaneously have a significant effect on the return of shares. T-test result indicates that the Market value added (MVA) variable has a significant effect on the return of the stock, while the Economic Value added (EVA) variable has no significant effect on stock returns.
This study aims to identify the condition of internal factors, external factors and the formulation of innovation strategies for the development of competitiveness of eco-based coastal tourism destinations, management organizations and service quality. This type of research is qualitative research. Methods of data collection using methods of observation, documentation and interviews. Respondents are determined purposively based on the purpose of this research. Data analysis techniques used are Internal Factor Analysis Strategic (IFAS), External Factor Analysis Strategic (EFAS) and SWOT matrix model. The results of this study indicate that the internal factor condition consists of strengths showing that natural conditions white sandy beaches, calm blue water and strong community support. Desa Pakraman organization and management are given full authority and responsibility to manage this coastal tourist destination. The weakness is the low entrepreneurial spirit and the quality of local human resources, as well as the preservation of the environment. External factors indicate that opportunities are based on the economic aspect of improving entrepreneurship and empowering local entrepreneurs to own and manage businesses, and strong synergy among stakeholders. Threats to coastal tourism destinations are land tenure by investors, regional carrying capacity, exploitation and environmental pollution. The main strategies for developing coastal tourism destinations through Growth Inovation Strategy are formulated through innovation and infrastructure innovation strategies, organizational innovation and management strategies and innovative service quality strategies.
Assistance for the Baha Tourism Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency aims to ensure that the tourism village can develop properly and provide socio-cultural and economic benefits for the local community. The methods used in this assistance are community education methods, training, science and technology substitution, and participatory decision making processes. Assistance to the Baha Tourism Village has resulted in increased public awareness of cleanliness along the tracking/cycling route, additional supporting infrastructure along the tracking/cycling route, the formation of an organizational structure for managing the tourism village, the availability of Baha Village tour packages, and digital promotion through the Godevi platform. The Baha Village tour package consists of tracking/cycling routes, historical tours of Japanese Caves, traditional culinary (lawar Nyawan), traditional games (metembing and mesorog-sorogan), traditional architecture of Pura Puseh Baha Village, folklore (Men Brayut and Pan Brayut), and jerimpen.
