Kehamilan dan persalinan adalah suatu hal yang alami akan tetapi bukan berarti tanpa resiko, masalah kehamilan dan persalinan adalah penyumbang terbesar Angka Kematian Ibu dan Angka Kematian Bayi. Salah satu terobosan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil dengan melalui kelas ibu hamil, namun demikian banyak ibu yang belum berpartisipasi dalam mengikuti kelas ibu hamil. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Mengetahui pengetahuan ibu hamil; 2) Mengetahui keikutsertaan kelas ibu hamil; 3) Menganalisis hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu hamil dengan keikutsertaan kelas ibu hamil. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel 64 diambil dengan cara sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Uji statistik menggunakan uji spearman rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ibu hamil memiliki pengetahuan baik sebesar 43,8% dan ikutserta 68,8% dalam kelas ibu hamil. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel pengetahuan dengan keikutsertaan dalam kelas ibu hamil (ρ=0,000, rs 0,554). Kelas ibu hamil merupakan sarana belajar bersama yang perlu diikuti oleh ibu hamil agar memperoleh pengetahuan yang cukup sehingga dapat mencegah komplikasi dan meningkatkan cakupan K4. Disarankan meningkatkan pembentukan kelas ibu hamil agar kehamilan dapat terpantau dan ibu dapat segera mengambil keputusan klinis apabila terjadi resiko.
The problem of nutrition in Indonesia is still a serious problem. In essence, it stems from an economic situation that lacks limited knowledge about nutrition. Nutritional status is a measure of success in meeting the nutritional needs of children and the use of nutrients indicated by the child's weight and height. Nutritional needs in adolescence are very large because they are still growing. One of the main nutritional problems for adolescents in developing countries is malnutrition, which is reflected in stunting, underweight, stunted growth, and intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) in pregnant adolescent girls. The purpose of this community service is to increase adolescent knowledge about the fulfillment of adolescent nutrition and stunting prevention education. The methods of health education carried out are (1) Socialization and Licensing, (2) Affirmation and Pre Test (3) Conducting health education regarding the fulfillment of adolescent nutrition and stunting prevention education. (4) Evaluation of the results of health education activities with Post Test. The results of this health education are expected to increase the knowledge and understanding of participants about the importance of fulfilling adolescent nutrition and stunting prevention education. The output of this activity is shown by increasing participants' knowledge about the importance of fulfilling adolescent nutrition and stunting prevention education which can be seen from the results of pre and post test questionnaires.
Decreasing milk production is a major problem for working mothers to continue breastfeeding their babies after the maternity leave period is over, besides that the lack of support from people around them, especially family, work place, time to pump breast milk, availability of lactation room greatly affects the consistency of milk production. Breastfeeding mothers need help to make the breastfeeding process more successful, namely by consuming foods that can stimulate milk production. An alternative food ingredient to support the nutritional needs of breastfeeding mother is the consumption of soy milk (SULE) and honey. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of consumption of Sule Honey in increasing breast milk production in worker mothers using the breast pump method. This study used a Quasi Experimental research design with a design used that is the nonequivalent control group design. This study used two groups, namely the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group, namely 20 worker mothers who breastfeed and use breasfeeding method, were given an intervention, namely giving Sule Honey for 2 weeks and recorded on the observation sheet. The control group is 20 worker mothers who breastfeed and use breastfeeding methode who are given health education about the nutritional needs of nursing mothers.
Reproductive Health is a condition of being physically, mentally and socially healthy as a whole, not only free from diseases or disabilities related to the reproductive system, function and process in men and women. Adolescence as the starting point of the reproductive process shows that the preparation of intervention strategies needs to start long before the fertile age period. The value of girls and boys in the family and society, and how they are treated are important factors that determine their future reproductive health. The aim of this community service is to increase youth knowledge about reproductive and sexual health education at adolescence. Methods of health education are (1) Socialization and Licensing, (2) Conducting Affirmations and Pre Tests (3) Conducting Adolescent Health Education on Reproductive and Sexual Health in Adolescents. (4) Evaluation of the results of health education activities with a Pre Test. The results of health education activities show good enthusiasm during the health education process. This enthusiasm was shown by the excellent response of the participants and the willingness of the participants to ask questions and describe their opinions. The results of this health education are expected to increase participants' knowledge and understanding of the importance of reproductive health and sexual health in adolescents. This is indicated by the results of the pre and post test questionnaires which show an increase in knowledge about reproductive and sexual health education .
This study entitled Potential Analysis and Development Strategy of Pasir Kencana Beach Tourism Object in Pekalongan City. The research objective to be achieved is to know and analyze the actual (physical and non-physical) aspects of tourism development in Pekalongan City beach attractions and analyze the development policy of coastal tourism objects in Pekalongan City as a strategy for planning Pekalongan City coastal tourism development and determining tourism development planning strategies sustainable tourism from coastal tourism objects in Pekalongan City in the context of developing coastal tourism. This research is descriptive, carried out to get a description or description of the assessment of aspects of the development of nautical tourism carried o ut through statistical calculations, then carried out an analysis of the development of attractions carried out using SWOT analysis techniques. Based on the objectives and results of the research conducted, conclusions can be drawn as follows: Overall, it can be concluded that the condition of the infrastructure and facilities of tourism at the Pasir Kencana Beach tourism location are still inadequate such as electricity networks and lighting, clean water networks, health facilities, facilities sanitation and hygiene, parking facilities, worship facilities, accommodation facilities, directions, which are still inadequate, and telecommunications networks, security facilities, financial facilities, business facilities, recreational facilities, information facilities and tourism services, tourism police and tourism units, souvenir shops, tourism information boards / tourist traffic signs, and landscape forms that are not yet available at the Pasir Kencana Beach tourism location.
