This study aims to map the districts/cities in East Java that is classified as having quality economic growth, as well as formulating a concept of quality economic growth by examining several social and economic indicators such as unemployment, income distribution across regions, income distribution among economic sectors, equity investment, and poverty. Using Klassen's typology analysis, it is found that most (19 regions) districts and cities in East Java are in the advanced category but depressed. Meanwhile, there are 8 regions that are classified as advanced and growing rapidly and 10 regions are classified as regions that can grow fast and 1 region classified as relatively underdeveloped, namely Tuban District. While the regions that have qualified economic growth are Lamongan District, Jember District, Probolinggo, Madiun, Batu, Blitar, Pasuruan and Mojokerto. Based on the Fix Effect regression model, it can be concluded that the number of industries and Human Development Index have a significant negative effect on economic growth while the contribution of the primary sector has a significant and positive effect on economic growth.
The purpose of this study was to analyze how the effect of exchange rate of rupiah, inflation and Economic Growth on Foreign debt in Indonesia in 2000-2017.The instrument Analysis used multiple linear regression method with OLS (ordinary least squares) method by using time series data. The method test using the classical assumption test and statistical test.From the analysis results obtained that the effect of exchange rate of rupiah is has positively effect and inflation have a negative effect while Economic Growth have a negative effect. Simultaneously of all these variables have a significant effect on Foreign debt in Indonesia. The conclusion of this reserch explains that all of variables, exchange rate of rupiah and Economic Growth variables have a significant postive effect on Foreign debt, and the variable that negatively effect on Foreign debt in Indonesia is inflation variable.
This study aims to determine the effect of the number of MSMEs and labors of MSMEs to the poverty of East Java during the period 2017-2018. The variables dependent used in this study is the number of poverty in East Java, while the independent variable are number of MSMEs and labor of MSMEs in East Java This study used panel data regression analysis techniques. The selected model in this study by Chow Test and Hausman Test is fixed effect method (FEM). The data used in this research is secondary data. The results of this study indicate a Prob (F-statistic) value of 0.000000. It can be said that simultaneously the variable number of MSMEs and labor of MSMEs have an effect on poverty of East Java. A value Determinasi Coeficient (R2) is 65.65% Panel data regression calculation results in this study indicate that a variable number of MSMEs with t-Statistics amounted to -7.677828 and probability amounted to 0,0000 means variable number of MSMEs have a negative influence and significant impact on poverty, while the variable labor MSMEs with t-Statistics amounted to -0.971239 and probability amounted to 0,3379 means variable number labor of MSMEs has no effect on poverty. Partially, the variable Number of MSMEs and number labor of MSMEs with F-Probability amounted to 0.000000 so that it can be concluded that the two variables have a positive and significant effect on poverty
Pemerintah mentargetkan 10 juta UMKM menggunakan platform online pada akhir tahun 2020. Pedagang pasar tradisional merupakan salah satu target pemerintah agar dapat berjualan secara online. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melatih dan mendampingi pedagang pasar tradisional Landungsari agar dapat berjualan secara online melalui aplikasi Instagram dan Facebook bisnis. Pelatihan dimulai dari teknik membuat akun Instagram bisnis dan facebook bisnis, memfoto produk, mengupload foto/video, teknik mencari pelanggan, teknik packaging dan pengiriman produk. Kegiatan dilaksanakan saat mewabahnya virus covid 19 yang berdampak pada turunnya omzet penjualan para pedagang rata-rata 40-60%. Mitra pengabdian yaitu Tedi Setono penjual sayuran dengan omzet penjualan berkisar 4 - 5 juta rupiah per hari, namun saat covid ini turun menjadi 1-2 juta rupiah. Ibu iis penjual makanan beku dengan omzet per hari sebelum covid berkisar 5 - 7 juta rupiah, selama covid menurun menjadi 4-5 juta rupiah. Setelah diberi pelatihan penjualan online, hasil pelatihan adalah meningkatnya penjualan rata-rata sebesar 10-40%, walaupun tidak sebanyak seperti sebelum adanya covid 19. Penjualan online terbukti mampu meningkatkan omzet pedagang pasar, sehingga diharapkan pedagang lain melakukan penjualannya secara online disamping offline. The purpose of this study is a map of the readiness of Malang in achieving the MDGs by 2015 and the right strategy based on SWOT analysis to accelerate the achievement of the target MDGs.Dari can be concluded that the MDG targets by 8 item in Malang in 2015 still can not be reached. The number of poor people was 43,400 people, the open unemployment of 5.19% (22.185%). The adult literacy rate of 4.57% or 34 717 persons. Percentage of the population 10 years and over who do not have a diploma of 21.21%, finished primary school / MI amounted to 23.77% and 18.17% of junior high school graduation. In the field of gender equality, the contribution of women in politics is still very low. In the health field there are still 245 the number of infant deaths and 10 cases of maternal mortality. People with HIV and March 2013 reached 2,134 and AIDS as many as 341 people with high risk factors through needle drugs and high risk in men (65%) at the age of 25-49 years. The field of environmental sustainability in some respects much decreased as the quality of drinking water, air quality and temperature.
