DM is a disease where the level of glucose (simple sugar) in high blood because the body cannot release or use insulin adequately. Type 2 diabetes can cause various chronic complications such as diabetic foot disorders. The number of DM patients in Bukittinggi Achmad Mochtar Hospital has increased in the last 2 years. In 2017 there are 1,350 DM patients, in 2018 there are 1,400 DM patients who visit the International Clinic. Information obtained from officers at the Achmad Mochtar Hospital International Police that officers did not provide health promotion about diabetic ulcers to DM patients who visited the internal poly. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship level of knowledge and duration of suffering from diabetes with the incidence of diabetic ulcers. Descriptive analytic research method with cross sectional design. The population was all type 2 DM patients who visited the Bukittinggi Achmad Mochtar Hospital interne poly, with an average number of 117 people per month. The number of samples is 54 people, with sampling using accidental sampling. Data was processed and analyzed using the chi-square test. The results of univariate analysis showed that 72.2% of respondents had high level of knowledge, 61.1% had long suffered from DM and 79.6% had no diabetic ulcer. Bivariate results have a correlation between level of knowledge with the incidence of diabetic ulcer (p = 0,000) and there is a relationship between knowledge and incidence of diabetic ulcer (p = 0.036 and OR = 8.696). It was concluded that there was a relationship between level of knowledge and duration of suffering from diabetes with the incidence of diabetic ulcers. It is expected that the hospital management will make counseling information on diabetic ulcers for DM patients visiting the Bukittinggi Achmad Mochtar Hospital interne poly.
ABSTRACT Menurut Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO), per 30 April 2020, jumlah total kasus COVID-19 di dunia telah mencapai lebih dari 3,2 juta kasus yang tersebar di 213 negara atau wilayah. Total kematian akibat COVID-19 di dunia telah mencapai 228.000 atau tingkat kematian sekitar 7,1 persen. Data Puskesmas Padang Laweh Kabupaten Sijunjung tahun 2021 diperoleh 25.690 orang. Ada 15 orang yang dinyatakan positif Covid 19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dengan kesiapan masyarakat menerima vaksin covid 19 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Padang Laweh Kabupaten Sijunjung Tahun 2021. Metode deskriptif korelasi dengan silang pendekatan studi seksional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli 2021 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Padang Laweh Kabupaten Sijunjung, jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 100 orang, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan data yang digunakan adalah univariat dan bivariat. Hasil univariat dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 54% responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang tinggi dan 57% responden memiliki ketidaksiapan vaksinasi. Hasil bivariat diperoleh p value 0,001, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan kesiapan masyarakat menerima vaksin covid 19 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Padang Laweh Kabupaten Sijunjung Tahun 2021. Disimpulkan ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dan kesiapan masyarakat menerima vaksin covid 19 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Padang Laweh. Kabupaten Laweh Sijunjung tahun 2021. This research was motivated by teh increasing of hypertension accidents.In 2013 patient hypertension as many as 168 people, 2014 increased 190 people and 2015 as many as 225. One of the non pharmacological managements of patient hypertension is activity excercise. Activity excersise is recomended for patients with hypertension is stretching active and brisk walking which can decrease blood pressure the patient. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the combination of active stretching and brisk walking to the decrease in blood pressure. This research method was quasi experimental design with one group pretest-posttest. Intervention in the form of implementation of active stretching and brisk walking for 2 weeks. The study sample as many as 19 people in Puskesmas Plus Mandiangin London in 2016. The results show that there is the influence of a combination of active stretching and brisk walking to the decrease in blood pressure. Results Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test showed the difference in systolic and diastolic pressure before and after the intervention (p = 0.000). The average difference in systolic blood pressure measurements pre-post is (20.526 ± 12.236). And the average difference in diastolic blood pressure measurements pre-post is (12.632 ± 5.620). This study concludes that significantly active stretching and brisk walking can lower blood pressure in hypertensive patients.
Acute ischemic stroke assosiated with disability has an event incidence 10 times higher than hemoragic. rTPA trombolysis therapy is the special management of acute ischemic stroke that intends to reperfusing the brain blood vessels to prevent the serious neurological damage if it do on the window time. The nurses leave mayor role in the stroke team, so the nurses that have duty in the stroke unit specially in IGD, ICU, and HCU should have knowledge and skills to care for stroke patients, especially for acute ischemic stroke patients after rTPA therapy. This study aims to determine the relation between nurse knowledge and attitude with nurse role in advanced management of acute ischemic stroke patients after rTPA therapy in ICU and HCU room RSSN Bukittinggi in 2018. This research used cross sectional descriptive correlation design. The sample of this research were 42 nurses in ICU and HCU RSSN Bukittinggi. This research used non probality sampling method of sampling. nurse knowledge obtained p value = 0,040, nurse attitude obtained p value = 0,002 with OR = 12,600. It was concluded that nurse knowledge and nurse attitudes were statistically related to the role of nurses in the continued management of acute ischemic stroke patients post-rTPA therapy. It is recommended to RSSN Bukittinggi to provide training on the management of rTPA therapy.
Cases of coronary heart disease are increasing in developed and developing countries and it is estimated that by 2020 cases of coronary heart disease have reached 82 million cases. More than 60% of coronary heart disease burden globally occurs in developing countries. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship Understanding Application Characteristics Nurse With Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) in the ER and ICU hospital room Dr.Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi Year 2017. This research method used descriptive analytic study designs Correlation approach, then the data is processed by using Chi Square test. The sample in this study as many as 33 people responden. Obtained statistical test p value = 0.014 (p <α), it can be concluded the Relationship Age Nurse With Application Understanding Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), the value of p value = 0.003 (p <α ), It can be concluded that there is a relationship of Nurses education with the understanding of Implementation of Pulmonary Heart Resuscitation (RJP), obtained p value = 0,031 (p <α) it can be concluded the existence of work relationship Nurses With Understanding Implementation of Pulmonary Heart Resuscitation (RJP) value = 0.010 (p <α), it can be concluded their tenure gender relations nurse With Application understanding Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
