Abstrak-Musik merupakan salah satu cabang seni yang telah lama ada di dunia. Musik membuat hidup ini semakin berwarna, kemanapun dan di manapun tanpa kita sadari berdampingan dengan musik. Penelitian ini adalah tentang media pembelajaran yang menarik untuk pembelajaran seni musik, terutama gitar dan piano untuk membantu siswa yang kesulitan memahami konsep chord dan cara memainkannya. Chord Theory perlu dipahami siswa karena menjadi dasar permainan alat musik. Penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE, yang meliputi 5 tahapan yaitu: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Pengembangan media pembelajaran seni musik ini disebut "Musicroid". Musicroid menggunakan sistem Android yang saat ini dikenal sebagai sistem operasi Open Source. Pengembangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan software Android Studio yang didukung dengan pemrograman bahasa Java. Hasil yang diperoleh dari hasil uji validasi ahli materi dengan nilai 4,6 dan ahli media dengan nilai 4,3 termasuk kategori sangat layak. Uji kelayakan faktor usability memperoleh nilai 5,8, dikategorikan sangat layak sebagai media pembelajaran musik.
The Problems of Indonesian Migrant Workers (IMW) are very complex, both involving administrative, technical, legal, sosial, economic, family problems and future guarantees (Sulaiman, T., 2001). These problems are within the responsibility of the Central Government, the Representative Institutions of the Republik of Indonesia abroad (Indonesian Embassy), Regional Governments both Province and Regency / City to Village governments, even private parties. All of these have impacts, their respective roles and responsibilities which cannot be underestimated. The publikation of Law Number 18 of 2017 concerning the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers, gives them better hope. But the question is how to follow up and form the model of protection. This study is a juridical review of formal legality with qualitative methods that are interpretive analytical. Data analysis uses interpretive methods with the aim of finding a more humane model of protection of migrant workers. Based on the results of the judicial and administrative studies there were significant changes in the protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers. However, practically it is not certain to have a significant impact. This can be seen from the indication that until now the Government has not issued a Government Regulation, nor has there been a region that has followed up by issuing Regional Regulations on the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers in their respective regions.
Pemanfaatan teknologi digital menjadi sebuah kebutuhan saat ini, salah satu komponennya berupa dokumen. Pendeteksian kesamaan bisa menggunakan berbagi macam cara, diantaranya adalah metode fingerprinting. Fingerprint memiliki prinsip kerja menggunakan teknik hashing dan K-gram. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada model deteksi menggunakan K-gram dengan menggunakan algoritma winnowing dan python sebagai bahasa pemrograman. Pengujian parsing k-gram menggunakan 5 buah k yaitu k=2 k=3 k=4 k=5 k=6. Hasilnya, parsing karakter mendapatkan presentase lebih besar dari presentase manual karakter. Presentase parsing kata, memiliki presentase yang paling mendekati dari presentase manual. Sedangkan pada kalimat, presentasenya paling rendah dari presentase manual
The unethical behaviour of acts of plagiarism has been a disgrace in the educational realm. Using the internet, people can easily find articles or documents that are relevant to their current work, and simply duplicate the sentences or paragraphs without paraphrasing or giving correct citations. Such action falls into the area of plagiarism. In order to minimize the problem, especially in the educational field, it is necessary to develop plagiarism detection applications. The algorithm employed in the application plays an important role in obtaining accurate plagiarism detection results. To the best of our knowledge, three algorithms are commonly used in plagiarism detection applications, namely Winnowing, Rabin Karp and Knuth Morris Pratt, which are all employed in our application. To specify the accuracy of each algorithm, the percentages of the plagiarism detection results are compared to the results from examination by a human expert. From our results, we found that the order of the accuracy from highest to lowest corresponded to the Winnowing algorithm, Rabin Karp algorithm and Knuth Morris Pratt algorithm, with value differences of 1.19%, 53.91% and 83.91% respectively.
