This research find the essential problems of tourism destinations in rural area in Pasuruan City, Indonesia. Based on the phenomenology method and using an open questionnaire, researcher make a deep interview with manager of 10 tourism destinations in Pasuruan city relating with their condition. All of the tourism destinations sample in this research represent four tourism destinations categories includes natural, cultural, agricultural and special destinations. In general the essential problems was meet by most of the tourism destinations are poor management system, unspesific additional facilities, and no innovative marketing strategy. In the evaluation of this problems, city branding strategy is offered to cover a comprehensive solution. The main dimensions of city branding strategy for this problems are green space branding, identifiable image and positive brand experience.
The research on vegetative propagation of several H. coronaria varieties from heath forest of Air Anyir Bangka, is the first step to cultivate as well as for conservation purpuses. This research purpose to study the growth of stem cutting from several H. coronaria varieties as well as to find the best cutting method. This research was done on Oktober 2015 until January 2016 at trial house on Gabek 2, Pangkalpinang. The experiment applied randomized factorial completely design of 2 factors with 15 level combinations. The first factor is 5 variety of H. coronaria and the second factor is 3 cutting methods with different leaves numbers. Three replications was applied with 3 cutting each of replications. The parameters were observed on the establishment of cuttings (life cutting presentation), root length, root total number, shoot total number, shoot length, stem diameter, leaves total number, leaf wide and internode total number. The result showed that most of all growth parameters except stem diameter were significantly influenced by the varieties differences. All growth parameters were also significantly influenced by the cutting methods as well as all treatment interaction. This result was assumed influence by cutting age an 7 weeks. The best fast growth varieties was variety 5. The best cutting method was 4 leaves cutting. The best treatment interaction was variety 4 with 4 leaves cutting. The slowest growth varieties was variety 1, and the slowest cutting was non leaves cutting. This result were assumed influencing by some factors such us the numbers of leave, nutrition, hormone, genetic and environment.
This research investigates the condition of creative industry based on fourteen characteristics of competitive advantage including growth in turnover, transition in business, management principle change, satisfaction with enterprise performance, comparison with competitor, leadership, strategic planning, implementation to the information, human resource practice, quality process management, customer and market focus, existence of local support institutions, workforce mobility, and existence of cooperative. Samples were recruited from 200 creative industries in Malang district. All samples represented 15 types of creative industry in Indonesia such as advertising, architecture, art, design, etc. Data were analyzed using cluster analysis. Based on agglomerative clustering, the results show that there are two clusters of creative industry in Malang area with low and high competitive advantage.
Background: It is important for the banking industry to know the Behavioral Intentions of consumers in adopting technology so that they are willing to adopt mobile banking as a medium for transactions in their daily banking activities.
Aim: This study intends to explain and analyze the effect of Perceived Ease of Use on Behavioral Intention either directly or indirectly through the mediation of Perceived Usefulness and Trust in mobile banking users.
Method: This type of research was explanatory research with a quantitative approach that collects data by distributing questionnaires to 230 respondents. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The population in this study was mobile banking users in Indonesia who have never used mobile banking, have used mobile banking 1-2 times and more than 2 times in the last 6 months.
Findings: The results of this study suggest that mobile banking providers improve Perceived Ease of Use integrated with Perceived Usefulness and Trust of the provided application in order to establish sustainable or long-term relationships.
