Indonesia is one of the most vital electric energy users. The development of the world of technology and information in its use does not escape from access to electricity. This study discusses the Implementation of Datamining in the Case of Electric Power Generated by Province. The increasing need for electricity usage from time to time has never escaped the attention and auspices of the government. The data source in this study was accessed from the official website of the Indonesian government, namely the Central Statistics Agency (http://www.bps.go.id). The data used in this study are data from 2011-2017 which consists of 33 provinces in Indonesia. In the analysis of this study using 3 (three) cluster levels, namely the first high level cluster (C1), the second moderate level cluster (C2) and the third low level cluster (C3). So that the final results of the analysis of the case study of Electric Power Generating by Province obtained new data and information, namely the high cluster province of 2 provinces namely East Java and Banten, the medium cluster province of 4 provinces namely North Sumatra, South Sumatra, West Java and Central Java while low cluster provinces as much as 27 in other provinces. The results of the analysis of this study can be used as input for the government and the State Electricity Company (PLN), in order to make the province of the highest cluster category a top priority in increasing the growth of power plants as well as being more interactive in the utilization of electricity effectively and efficiently.Keywords: Data Mining, K-Means, Clustering, Energy, Electric Power, Province
A population is a group of people who live in an area to settle with existing needs. Population growth is growing rapidly to date, so action is needed to anticipate the rate of population growth. This study aims to estimate the population of the province of North Sumatra by using computer science techniques. The source of research data comes from the Central Statistics Agency (abbreviated BPS) Indonesia. The data used is the 2010-2020 dataset which consists of the total population consisting of men and women in Indonesia. The data is processed using Rapidminer software. This algorithm was chosen linear regression because it is able to make an estimate by utilizing old data. So that it can produce a pattern of relationships between the attributes that affect the rate of population growth. The research results obtained can be used as recommendations or input to the subsection of population data collection at the BPS North Sumatra in making it easier to predict or estimate data so as to minimize the rate of population, especially in Indonesia.
Adanya wabah (Covid 19), secara langsung berdampak pada pekerja yaituadanya Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK). Perlunya penyuluhan diberikankepada para pekerja yang ada dalam Serikat Pekerja di daerah Tangerangmaupun pekerja di luar dari serikat Pekerja yang terkena dampak Covid 19.Metode yang digunakan dengan metode penyuluhan dan diskusi.Penyuluhan yang diberikan mengenai hak –hak yang diterima para pekerjaterkena PHK maupun dampak covid 19, berdasarkan aspek hukum sertamembangun mental positif bagi para pekerja terkena dampak pandemik.Kegiatan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan parapekerja mengenai hukum tentang hak –hak yang diterima, sehingga parapekerja memahami apa saja yang harus diterima dan mampu menyampaikanproblemnya dengan cara –cara yang benar, selain itu para pekerja bisamemahami permasalahan secara positif dengan mental yang dibangun agardapat mengambil langkah yang strategis dalam menciptakan pekerjaan baru.Dari 15 peserta yang hadir sebagian besar responnya positif.Kata kunci: PHK, Mental positif, Hak, Pekerja.
Technology provides many benefits for life. Its development is needed by the people of the world, it does not need the people of Indonesia. Since the beginning of 2020, the Covid-19 virus has spread to almost all countries in the world, so it requires various quick treatments by utilizing technology as an effort to deal with the pandemic situation. The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in many Indonesian people being laid off, being laid off without a clear time limit and other economic problems. One of the uses of technology carried out by the Indonesian people during this pandemic is by using Information Technology-Based Borrowing-Lending Services. Online loans are money lending facilities by financial service providers that operate online. These credit providers are known as fintech, online loans whose funds can be immediately disbursed and without collateral are an alternative solution for people who need funds without having to apply face-to-face. The approach method used in this paper is empirical normative based on the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 77/PJOK.01/2016 Year 2016 concerning Information Technology-Based Lending Services ("PJOK 77/2016"). In addition to being a temporary solution, online credit has impacts and risks that are often unknown and not realized by the public. The purpose of the study was to analyze the impact of the existence of online credit during the covid 19 pandemic and to analyze the legal risks of online credit that are rife in the community.
