Percobaan ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh konsentrasi air kelapa dan sukrosa terhadap pertumbuhan protocorm anggrek. Percobaan ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Bioteknologi Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Winaya Mukti Tanjungsari Sumedang. Percobaan dimulai pada bulan Mei sampai dengan bulan Agustus 2019. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak kelompok dengan dua faktor dan diulang dua kali. Faktor pertama air kelapa (a) dengan lima taraf faktor diantaranya tanpa air kelapa, air kelapa 50 ml L-1, air kelapa 100 ml L-1, air kelapa 150 ml L-1, air kelapa 200 ml L-1dan faktor kedua sukrosa (s) dengan lima taraf faktor diantaranya tanpa sukrosa, sukrosa 10 g L-1, sukrosa 20 g L-1, sukrosa 30 g L-1 dan sukrosa 40 g L-1. Hasil percobaan mengenai pengaruh konsentrasi air kelapa dan sukrosa terjadi interaksi pada pengamatan jumlah daun umur 12 MST pada perlakuan air kelapa 50 ml L-1 dengan tanpa sukrosa menunjukkan jumlah daun yang paling baik dari perlakuan lainnya. Dan bobot segar protocorm menunjukkan hasil yang terbaik pada umur 12 MST di pengaruhi adanya interaksi antara konsentrasi air kelapa 100 ml L-1 dengan tanpa sukrosa.

Orchid is one of the ornamental plants that has a relatively high selling power and attractiveness, there are several types of orchids, including terrestrial orchids, this orchid is one of the orchids that grows and develops on the soil surface. its presence in the forest component and grows wildly, so if the forest component is disturbed it can threaten the sustainability of terrestrial orchids. Exploration and is one of the first steps in the existence of terrestrial orchids. This study aims to obtain data, study and obtain types of terrestrial orchids and vegetation in the Mount Jambu Area, Climbing Route to Lembang, Tanjungsari District, Sumedang Regency. This experiment was carried out from June to July 2021. The method used in this study was exploratory which was analyzed by descriptive method. The results of the study found 11 species, the orchid Nervilia punctata (BI.) Lindl., and Cymbidium lancifolium Hook. is an orchid that dominates in the Mount Jambu area of the hiking trail to Lembang and the vegetation in the area is a type of herbaceous plant that has narrow leaves and grows wild.
