Permasalahan yang dialami oleh PT. Pegadaian jika dilihat dari Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) pada tahun 2007–2020 memiliki katagori kurang baik yaitu sebesar 3,13%. Rasio hutang yang cukup tinggi berdampak pada perusahaan belum bisa membayar penuh kewajibannya. Selain itu, DER pada ekuitas yang rendah berdampak bahwa perusahaan tersebut belum bisa memanfaatkan labanya secara maksimal. Tingkat Return On Assets (ROA) telah mengalami fluktuasi selama 14 tahun tersebut.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruhDebt to Equity Ratio (DER), Non Performing Loan (NPL) dan Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO) terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) pada PT Pegadaian (Persero). Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode dokumentasi yaitu berupa laporan keuangan pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero). Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji t (secara parsial), uji f (simultan) dan koefisien determinasi. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program Software SPSS (Statistic Package for the social Sciens) 23.00 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial DER berpengaruh positif terhadap ROA, Secara parsial NPL tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA. Secara parsial BOPO berpengaruh terhadap ROA. Kemudian secara simultan DER, NPL, dan BOPO berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA pada PT. Pegadaian.
The empowerment of women in various fields cannot be separated from the various obstacles that accompany women. Natural resource wealth without the participation of the government and society will not be able to bring society to prosperity. In general, the obstacles that are often faced by housewives are lowincome levels, control of production facilities in a small group of people, and the lack of skills and knowledge possessed by women in Labuhan Badas District. The method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The collected data were processed using a quantitative approach with a descriptive format. The analysis technique used to analyze the data is the analysis of Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square. The results show that limited human resources, low knowledge, and skills make most of the housewives in Labuhan Badas sub-district only work according to their abilities, one of which is doing "basangero" activities, which is selling fish by going around from one village to another. This is due to their low ability to utilize technology, inability to buy mobile phones that can be used as a means of promoting their business, and the "basangero" is considered one of the fastest ways to sell their fish directly to the target audience or consumers to their home, and This "basangero" activity has become a habit from time to time until the modern era. The "basangero" culture is still being carried out by some housewives who work as itinerant fish traders.
This study aims to determine the effect of health service fees on Locally-Generated Revenue (PAD) in Sumbawa Regency. This type of research is associative research. The associative type used in this study aims to determine the effect of health service fees (X) on Locally-Generated Revenue (PAD) of Sumbawa Regency (Y). The type of data used is quantitative data in the form of data on the realization of receipt of health service fees from 25 service counters of the Community Health Center in each sub-district in Sumbawa Regency, the realization of receipt of fees for health services at the Hospital and the realization of Locally-Generated Revenue (PAD) for Sumbawa Regency which obtained documents and archives from the Central Agency. Statistics (BPS) of Sumbawa Regency which have been published. All collected data were processed with the help of the SPSS application to be analyzed using techniques which included simple linear regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (t test), and determination coefficient test (R2). Based on the results of the research has been concluded that health service fees have a positive and significant effect on Locally-Generated Revenue (PAD) in Sumbawa Regency. The degree of influence of health service fees on Locally-Generated Revenue (PAD) of Sumbawa Regency is 49.4%, while the remaining 50.6% is influenced by other variables beyond the scope of this study, such as blood tax, regional fees other than health service fees, and others.
This study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the use of E-Banking on UMKM in Labuhan Badas District, Sumbawa Regency. Qualitative research with Phenomenology: a form of qualitative research in which the researcher attempts to understand how one or more individuals experience a phenomenon, through case studies and primary data sources. The results showed that there were 52 UMKM actors in Labuhan Badas District. The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on the decline in the income of UMKM actors in Labuhan Badas District, Sumbawa Regency, this affects the decision of UMKM actors to use E-Banking services. Another obstacle is also caused by the lack of understanding, knowledge and information related to E-Banking services which has resulted in UMKM actors in Labuhan Badas District, Sumbawa Regency not yet optimal in using E-Banking services.
Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu istri istri nelayan yang memiliki keterbatasan kemampuan membaca dan berpendidikan rendah untuk menjadi individu yang mandiri secara sosial dan ekonomi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini telah mampu menjawab dan menjadi salah satu jalan keluar bagi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh istri istri nelayan di Labuhan Sumbawa Kabupaten Sumbawa. Kegiatan ini juga mampu memotivasi istri istri nelayan untuk lebih mandiri dan percaya diri, serta dapat memanfaatkan media sosial dalam memasarkan produk ikan olahan khas Sumbawa “jangan bage” yang menjadi salah satu aktivitas mereka untuk membantu perekonomian keluarga.
