This research entitled The Effect of Competence, Motivation and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance of PT. Thamrin Brothers A. Rivai Palembang. The results of hypothesis testing through the F test (Simultaneous) using a confidence level of 90%, show that there is a significant influence of competence, motivation and organizational commitment together on the performance of the employees of PT. Thamrin Brothers A. Rivai Palembang. Quantitative analysis model using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results of hypothesis testing through the t test (partial) show that there is a partially significant effect of competence on employee performance, there is a partially significant influence of motivation on employee performance and there is a partially significant effect of organizational commitment on the performance of employees of PT. Thamrin Brothers A. Rivai Palembang. The coefficient of determination test results prove that competence, motivation, and organizational commitment are able to contribute 91.0% in explaining changes that occur in employee performance. The researcher gave the first suggestion that PT. Thamrin Brothers A. Rivai Palembang, is expected to improve competence so that employees can optimally achieve a company goal including knowledge, understanding, abilities, values, attitudes, and interests. Second, leaders are expected to improve motivation to improve things including: work environment, fair and competitive wages, incentives and a sense of security at work. Third, leadership is expected to increase organizational commitment by including: justice and support, shared values, trust, organizational understanding, and employee involvement.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and job training to employees performance of PT. RB Sukasada. This research is causality. The population in this study is the overall employees of PT. 17 Ilir, Ilir Tim. I, Palembang, South Sumatra 30122, amounting to 39 employees, with census sampling.Data collection techniques used in this study was a questionnaire with the answer given a score based on a scale interval of 1-5 with the Likert method. Data analysis techniques in this study assisted by the Statistical program for special science (SPSS) The results of research by F test resulted in no significant effect Motivation and Job Training together with the Employee Performance at PT. RB Sukasada with a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 34.9%. While based on the t-test a significant difference between motivation and job training partially on performance. With the results of multiple regression 57.0% effect of motivation on the performance and 47.6% influence on the performance of job training. Conclusion motivation and job training are still low in achieving performance.
Kepuasan pelanggan yang tinggi ditimbulkan oleh kualitas pelayanan yang maksimal.JNE Cabang Sekayu beralamat di Jalan Kolonel Wahid Udin Kelurahan Serasan Jaya Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. PT JNE Cabang Sekayu menyadari pentingnya kualitas pelayanan yang maksimal kepada pelanggannya agar pelanggan tidak kecewa dan puas dengan terhadap PT. JNE Cabang Sekayu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, jumlah sampel sebanyak 185 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik slovin. Hasil penelitian ini berupa adanya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada PT. JNE Cabang Sekayu. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada PT. JNE Cabang Sekayu bernilai positif artinya apabila kualitas pelayanan ditingkatkan maka kepuasan konsumen juga akan meningkat, dengan tingkat hubungan yang sedang dan sebesar 21,4%. Berdasarkan analisis data tersebut maka untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen maka salah satu cara yang bisa digunakan yaitu dengan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Konsumen.
The purpose of this research is to understand the influence communication andmotivation work to performance state civil apparatus. Reveal and analyze the empiricalfacts, in order to know how communication is done and work motivation performanceagainst the state civil apparatus. This study uses a quantitative analytical researchdesign. The study population was the entire apparatus of state civil Banyuasin DistrictDepartment of Transportation. The study authors use a sampling technique that thecensus technique, in which the entire study population sampled, so the number of samplesin this study were 50 civilian state apparatus. Based on the analysis based on the resultsof analysis on the obtained value of regression testing F-hitung 30.981 (30.981 F count>F-table 3.20), the level of significance together independent variables to the dependentvariable, namely 0,000 (sig F = 0.000 <α 0.05). This result proves the communicationand motivation to work together have real influence / significantly to the performance ofcivil state apparatus 56.9% against the performance of employees in providing services,and the remaining 43.1% of the state civil apparatus performance is influenced by otherfactors. This proves the better communication and motivation will increase performanceof the apparatus of civil state in providing services to the people within the Departmentof Transportation Musi this Banyuasin.
