Cellular telecommunication technology has grown to the fourth generation, namely the 4G network. Although almost all operators of cellular telecommunication service providers have stated that they are ready with the 4G network, in reality, not all areas in the city of Yogyakarta are covered by 4G network services. This condition complained by many users. The performance of the 4G network in the area of Yogyakarta needs to be further investigated so that its utilization is more optimal and does not disappoint the network users. This study analyzes the performance of 4G LTE networks from various cellular phone service operators in the area of Yogyakarta city, represented by two operators. Performance parameters measured are Reference Signal Received Power (RSRP) and Reference Signal Received Quality (RSRQ). As stated in Government Regulation No. 79 of 2014 on National Energy Policy (KEN), the New and Renewable Energy (NRE) mix target is at least 23% by 2025. Now the utilization of solar energy in Indonesia has only reached about 0.05% or 100 MW. Government compiles a roadmap for the use of solar energy that targets the installed PV mini-grid capacity until 2025 is 6.5 GW. Technically, before installing a solar power plant, solar potential data is needed for a certain period of time. This is absolutely necessary considering the potential for solar is intermittent. The solar data are then processed to create a model forecasting so that it can optimize the resulting energy output. Forecasting using artificial intelligence with artificial neural network algorithms is a good solution because it has higher accuracy. To see the comparison of the performance of the ANN of this research with previous research. The finding shows that Baron 1-7-1 performed better than 2P 1-2-1 and Baron 1-2-1, regardless that the RMSE have a slight difference but still Baron 1-7-1 outperformed the others, with the best value of RMSE 0.15185 and R2 of 0.88996.
Tahapan instalasi listrik dalam proses pembangunan sebuah gedung memiliki resiko terhadap keamanan kerja dan pengoperasian hasilnya jika pengerjaannya tidak sesuai dengan Persyaratan Umum Instalasi Listrik (PUIL). Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan perkembangan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) untuk memberi kemudahan dalam proses pengerjaan instalasi listrik tersebut. Pengembangan aplikasi berbasis AR dengan memanfaatkan perangkat telepon seluler berbasis android yang saat ini sudah umum dimiliki oleh masyarakat. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tahapan analisa sistem instalasi listrik yang sesuai dengan standar PUIL serta penerapannya ke dalam format yang mudah dipahami, kemudian mengolah data komponen kelistrikan sebagai masukan objek 3D. Selanjutnya data teknis bangunan digunakan untuk menghasilkan aplikasi AR yang dapat diterapkan pada lokasi pengerjaan instalasi listrik. Aplikasi yang dibangun telah berhasil diimplementasikan pada perangkat telepon seluler berbasis android. Kamera belakang digunakan untuk mendeteksi marker sebagai pemicu munculnya objek 3D berupa jaringan kelistrikan serta komponen instalasi listrik. Terdapat pula fitur info dan animasi objek 3D, serta video call sebagai opsi alternatif bantuan jika terdapat kendala saat pelaksanaan pekerjaan instalasi listrik.
