It is very difficult to find any area of the state economy where metals and, in particular, steel are not required. The range of varieties has become enormous, and accordingly, the task of saving energy, fuel and resources for its manufacture becomes extremely urgent. Below in this context, we consider the procedures for the production of alloy steels, when each alloying additive has its own individual price, and the steel scheme is a narrowly specialized purpose.
This article discusses the issues of determining the predicted values of rationing the power consumption of industrial enterprises. For a certain pattern of change in power consumption and specific power consumption, hourly productivity was studied, which determines the performance of units. On the basis of the predicted values of the output volume, the norms of energy consumption were developed, which are reflected taking into account its specifics, the energy intensity of the products. In developing the norm, the calculation method was adopted based on the analysis of static data for a number of previous years on actual energy consumption, the volume of output of factors affecting their change.

In addition to the reliability of power supply quality of electricity consumers are one of the most important characteristics of the electrical systems. It has a significant impact on the efficiency of electrical receivers and the technical and economic performance electric networks. In the modern developed networks providing quality indicators of energy acceptable for consumers, requires significant cost of funds and materials, as well as the collection and processing of more information. This explains the importance of the questions of power quality in the complex problem of the design and operation of electrical systems. If the provision in the electrical systems normalized values of the frequency is mainly due to the balance of active capacity and characteristics of the appropriate equipment on the electrical stations, the quality of the voltage at the consumer is determined mainly by cost distribution networks. For consumer’s rural areas referred to the costs are most of the total production costs and electricity transmission, so questions quality assurance voltage networks always were in the focus of research, design, and operational organizations. Particular attention these questions acquire at present in connection with the rapid growth of electricity consumption in agriculture and the relevant development of rural networks. The huge positive effect electrification to fully manifest only when consumers are delivered electricity is quite high quality. Reduction of the quality of significantly impairs performance electrical receivers and leads to marked electro receivers damage.
One of the big mitigating factors of intermittency is the smoothing effect of geographical distribution of variable renewable energy (VRE ) plants on the aggregate power output of VRE generation on a utility network. The greater the distance between two renewable plants, the less likely their output is to be affected by the same weather event (e.g. cloud coverage, storms, dust storms). This is similarly the case for smaller timescales. Further, different technologies can often be uncorrelated or even negatively correlated (e.g. wind and solar) which reduces the integration cost. In this article analyzed and quantify the expected intermittency in Uzbekistan focusing on the geographical dispersion by looking at various sites as well as by looking at a portfolio composed of different technologies.
