Microstrip antenna design aims to increase the reach of cellular devices using the GSM system because there are still areas in Indonesia that have not been reached by this service. This antenna is made with an epoxy substrate material that have a dielectric constant (εr) = 4.4 and a thickness of 1.6 mm. This antenna uses a microstrip feed channel to send information signals from radiating components to cellular devices. in this antenna design a linear array method is used which has two elements to increase the gain possessed by the antenna. in this study antenna simulation using CST Studio suite software. the results of the simulation show that the antenna has a Return loss of -59.38 dB, has a VSWR of 1.06 and have a Circular radiation pattern. Circular radiation pattern shows that the antenna can receive signals from an angle of 0 to 360 degree and can be used by mobile devices to increase the range of the GSM signal.
The aim of this study is to examine the effects of financial stability, external pressure, personal financial needs, financial targets, nature of industry, ineffective monitoring, and rationalization of financial statement fraud on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2016 .From a population of 159 listed manufacturing companies, 72 samples were obtained that met the criteria. Testing using SPSS version 23 for logistic regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that external pressure and nature of industry have a significant influence on financial statement fraud. On the other hand, financial stability, personal financial need, financial targets, ineffective monitoring and rationalization have no effect on financial statement fraud.
Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap stres kerja guru, mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara signifikan terhadap stress kerja guru. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatakan kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 34 orang yang merupakan guru kelas di sekolah SD Al Manar Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner, pengujian analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan uji regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisa, diketahui bahwa variabel beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap stress kerja, pengujian koefisien peneliti didapat hasil untuk pengaruh beban kerja terhadap stres kerja menunjukkan hasil uji T diketahui bahwa nilai thitung > sebesar 4,330 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 1,695. Sedangkan variabel lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stres kerja, pengujian koefisien menunjukkan hasil uji T diketahui bahwa nilai thitung sebesar 0,618 lebih kecil dari ttabel sebesar 1,695. Namun secara bersama-sama keduanya akan dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap stres kerja guru, Hasil pengujian koefisien regresi secara simultan diperoleh fhitung sebesar 12.863 lebih besar dari pada ftabel sebesar 3.30.
: One of the funding sources for a soccer club comes from sales of soccer jersey. Indonesia is categorized as the potential market for world class soccer club in selling their jersey since most of their fans are Indonesian. The objective of this research is to specify the dominant factors in foreign soccer jersey purchase intention by adopting purchase intention theory with product quality, product design, marketing, team performance, perceived pride, and social influence as the variables used. Questionnaire is distributed personally to the soccer jersey buyers and users that study or/and work in Cikarang Utara, Indonesia by using purposing sampling method. The data obtained is analyzed with factor analysis method to get the dominant factors. The result found four dominant factors namely Soccer Club’s Impression, Fans Devotion, Pride of Fans Identity, and Attachment of Favourite Player.menjual jersey mereka karena sebagian besar penggemar mereka adalah orang Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor dominan dalam niat beli jersey sepak bola asing dengan mengadopsi teori niat beli dengan kualitas produk, desain produk, pemasaran, kinerja tim, kebanggaan yang dirasakan, dan pengaruh sosial sebagai variabel yang digunakan. Kuesioner dibagikan secara pribadi kepada pembeli dan pengguna jersey bola yang belajar atau/dan bekerja di Cikarang Utara, Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode purposing sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan metode analisis faktor untuk mendapatkan faktor dominan. Hasil penelitian menemukan empat faktor dominan yaitu Kesan Klub Sepak Bola, Pengabdian Penggemar, Kebanggaan Identitas Penggemar, dan Keterikatan Pemain Favorit.
