<p>ABSTRACT: This study aims to explain and determine the influence of Quality Traveloka Website to customer satisfaction either together or partially to know the variables that predominantly affect consumer satisfaction on the website Traveloka. Webqual is a tool or instrument developed by Stuart Barnes and Richard Vidgen used to assess the usefulness, information, and quality of service interactions on Internet sites, especially those offering e-commerce facilities. Sample used in this research is 96 respondents. Based on the F test shows the results obtained value of F value (48.224)&gt; F Table (2.70) then H0 rejected, and Ha accepted. So quality usability (X1), information (X2) and interaction (X3) simultaneously influence to variable of consumer satisfaction (Y). Then for the value of t value for usabiity (2.963)&gt; t value table 1.98609 significantly influence customer satisfaction in Traveloka, t value for information (2.146) &gt;value t table 1.98609 which means the quality information significantly influence affect customer satisfaction in Traveloka , t value for interaction (3.645)&gt; t value table 1.98609 means that quality interaction significantly influence customer satisfaction in Traveloka. Based on multiple regression test results obtained that the constant value y = (a) + b1x1 + b2x2 + b3x3, then obtained multiple regression equation is Y = 0.168 + 0.393 x1 + 0.355 x2 + 0.405 x3.</p><p>Keywords: Webqual, Consumer Satisfaction</p>

<p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p align="center"><strong> </strong></p><p><em> Bandung city is a tourist destination city that has a choice of various culinary both traditional and international. One of the Resto and Cafe in Bandung is Kambing Soon Resto and Cafe located at Jl. IR H Djuanda. One of the factors that become the main force for business in the field of this restaurant is the menu, even the menu can also be the identity of the restaurant terebut. A good menu can be seen from the level of sales and ability to provide benefits or the level of popularity and profitability. Based on these conditions, the researcher aims to analyze the engineering menu, the research was conducted in August 2017 until November 2017. The method used is the analysis of margin contribution and analysis of popularity index, menu classification, and SWOT analysis.Based on the analysis for 4 months, the results obtained are 32 food menu that the researcher carefully is the category of stars consists of 7 menus with percentage of 21.88%, plowhorses category consists of 11 menus with percentage of 34.37%, the category consists of puzzles 4 menus with percentage of 12.50%, dogs category consists of 10 menus with a percentage of 31.25%.</em></p><p><em>Keywords:  Menu Engineering, Business Development</em></p>

The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of the CHSE that has been carried out by the management of Aston Braga Hotel and Residence in ensuring safety dan security for visiting guests. The research method of this research used quantitative research by giving questionnaires to respondents to assess the level of expectations and the level of perceived performance in the implementation of the CHSE using the Important Performance Analysis method. The sample used as respondents in this study were 331 respondents based on the number of guests who stayed in February 2021 using the Slovin formula. Based of research data result regarding Guest Satisfaction Index with the implementation of CHSE is 90.9% which have indicatesd “Very Good” criteria and for the IPA matrix, it is known that the indicators located in quadrants 1-4 need attention by management. Conclusions of this research obtained that the management of Aston Braga Hotel and Residence having a high commitment to service in the new normal era in implementing the CHSE so that the CHSE certification hopes to build trust in the community that the Indonesian tourism industry in the future will be rise.

Saat ini sumber energi yang banyak digunakan adalah energi tak terbarukan yaitu yang berasal dari alam seperti minyak bumi, batu bara dan gas bumi yang apabila digunakan terus menerus akan habis. Upaya untuk menghindari ketergantungan energi adalah pemanfaatan limbah pertanian, perkebunan dan hutan yang dijadikan sebagai energi alternatif dengan cara dibuatkan menjadi briket. Kualitas briket SNI yaitu memiliki Kadar Air ≤ 8% Kadar Abu ≤ 8% Nilai Kalor ≥ 5000 cal/g. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan melakukan sistematika riview dari beberapa jurnal penelitian. Diapat bahwa dari beberapa jurnal yang di riview nilai kalor dari briket batang gulma siam : perekat dengan komposisi 91 : 9 memiliki nilai kalor 12106,27 cal/g merupakan nilai terbaik yang didapat.

The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a significant drop in tourist arrivals worldwide, including in Cilember Tourism Village, one of the Tourism Villages in West Java Province. Tourism governance with a CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environment Sustainability) approach is expected to provide solutions for tourism actors to implement the government health and safety standards. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Homestay CHSE-based health protocol in increasing tourist satisfaction by collecting data through observation, interviews, literature study, and observation. The research method used is mixed methods using quantitative and qualitative with the Customer Satisfaction Index and Important Performance Analysis approach. Respondents in this study are tourists who come to Cilember Tourism Village. This study assesses tourist satisfaction based on each dimension: Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability. Based on the results, the level of conformity between the level of interest and performance in homestay services is in the average figure of 81.49% = 81%. The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) rating is 64.09%, showing that tourists feel quite satisfied with the performance of services provided by homestay managers in Cilember Tourism Village. Suggestions need to be a concern for homestay managers to improve the quality of services related to the CHSE protocol to increase tourist satisfaction.
