Multi-primary color (MPC) technology is generally used to increase color gamut [1][2]. But, in this paper, MPC technology was used to enhance luminance better than conventional Liquid Crystal Displays (LCD) with 3 color RGB sub-pixel. We have proposed 4 Primary Color System that has additional yellow(Y) color with an asymmetric sub-pixel structure. The asymmetric sub-pixel RGBY structure LCD has 18% higher luminance efficiency than conventional RGB LCDs under the same power consumption. This paper shows the improved luminance by multiprimary color technology (RGBY). P
The metacommunity approach provide insights into how the biological communities are assembled along the environmental variations. The current study presents the importance of water quality on the metacommunity structure of algal communities in six, river-connected lakes using long-term (8 years) monitoring datasets. Elements of metacommunity structure were analyzed to evaluate whether water quality structured the metacommunity across biogeographic regions in the riverine ecosystem. The algal community in all lakes was found to exhibit Clementsian or quasi-Clementsian properties, indicating that the communities responded to the environmental gradient. Reciprocal averaging clearly classified the lakes into three clusters according to the geographical region in river flow (upstream, midstream, and downstream). The dispersal patterns of algal species, including Aulacoseira, Cyclotella, Stephanodiscus, and Chlamydomonas across the regions also supported the spatial-based classification results. Although conductivity, chemical oxygen demand, and biological oxygen demand were found to be important variables (loading > |0.5|) of the entire algal community assembly, temperature was a critical factor in water quality associated with community assembly in each geographical area. These results support the notion that the structure of algal communities is strongly associated with water quality, but the relative importance of variables in structuring algal communities differed by geological regions.
Motion Picture Quality (MPQ) in LCD TV becomes very important point because of color vividness at motion picture image. To express MPQ is not only response time, but also color shift. We have studied the color shift of motion picture concept in two cases: one is a primary color shift and the other one is a motion blur color shift from motion blur by moving pictures with a fast speed. We are defined the Motion Picture Color Shift (MPCS) evaluation method to improve the display quality of LCD TV. As result of this paper confirmed that IPS have realized the most resemblant quantitative result with human eye perception and examined to judge the quality of captured moving picture via a pursuit camera system using Macbeth pattern and general color pattern. The color shift of IPS TV was measured by the novel evaluation method. In the Macbeth pattern, the max value of Δu'v' in IPS and VA is 0.012 and 0.018, respectively. The IPS TV had shown that have advantages of not change at moving picture.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
