This research aims to empirically prove the effect of enterprise risk management disclosure on company value with profitability as a moderating factor. The object of this research is the utility, transportation, and infrastructure sector companies in the 2016-2017 period. The sampling of this research is 20 companies using the purposive sampling technique. The research data obtained were then analyzed using simple regression analysis; and to determine the effect of moderating factors on the relationship between independent and dependent variables, the data were analyzed using Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this research prove that Enterprise Risk Management influences company value. The subsequent testing proved that profitability can moderate the relationship between Enterprise Risk Management and company value as evidenced by an increase in the adjusted R-square value

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, motivation, and leadership on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This research is a type of quantitative explanatory research by taking data directly from respondents totaling 24 employees with a census sampling technique using a questionnaire. This means that all respondents in the unit of analysis are used as research samples. From the results of the study by measuring variables using a Likert Scale with Multiple Regression Analysis Techniques after passing the instrument test (validity and reliability test), the classic assumption test and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25.0, showed that partially or simultaneously, variables of organizational culture, motivation, and leadership a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Communication and Information of East Kotawaringin Regency. From this study, it can also be suggested that through increasing understanding of organizational culture, work motivation and good leadership will have a real impact on improving employee performance and will determine the success of achieving organizational goals going forward.

Background: Eye fatigue is a complaint often found in computer users' efforts to overcome eye fatigue are eye exercises. This study aimed to determine the effect of eye exercises on computer users' eye fatigue at the National Land Agency of Sorong Regency office. Research methods: This study uses the Quasi-Experiment method, one group pre-test-post-test design. The sample used 23 respondents. The research instrument used is the observation sheet before and after the intervention. result: This study used the Wilcoxon test and obtained p value = 0.000 (p 0.05), where the average value of eye fatigue complaints before eye exercises were carried out was 12.00, while after the intervention, there was a decrease in the value of 0.00. Conclusions: Based on the study's results, it is known that eye exercises can reduce eye fatigue of computer users at the National Land Agency of Sorong Regency Office, so they can be used to prevent eye fatigue

Sensus harian adalah suatu cara untuk mengetahui jumlah pasien yang masuk, keluar, meninggal dan perpindahan antar ruangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan input (SDM, SOP, sarana prasarana) dan Proses (Monitoring evaluasi) terhadap pelaksanaan sensus harian rawat inap dengan metoda studi literatur. Pelaksanaan penelitian secara studi literatur dengan melakukan analisis deskriptif dengan mendeskripsikan fakta-fakta yang ada, kemudian di analisis, mencari kesamaan, pandangan, dan ringkasan terhadap beberapa penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa  sebagian besar 50% pelaksanaan sensus hariannya masih banyak mengalami keterlambatan. Keterlambatan dalam pengembalian sensus disebabkan oleh karena kurangnya kesadaran SDM terhadap pentingnya data yang telah dikumpulkan bagi kepentingan rumah sakit. SOP belum telaksana dengan optimal, sarana dan prasarana pendukung kegiatan sensus tidak memadai. Disamping itu kurangnya pengawasan pimpinan terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan pengisian data sensus. Hal ini akan memberikan dampak terhadap informasi yang akan dikeluarkan oleh rumah sakit terkait aktivitas pelayanan kesehatan yang telah diberikan kepada pasien. Dan disamping itu data yang akan dilaporkan untuk berbagai pihak-pihak yang membutuhkan data tersebut menjadi tidak akurat.
