The purpose of this study is to examine factors of individual attitudes (public service motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment) in affecting public officers' performance. Building an integrative framework model from all three constructs then testing it on public officers will provide a more comprehensive and dynamic understanding of the pattern of public officers' performance in public institutions. Public officers who work at National State Administration Institution located in Jakarta, Bandung, and Makassar (92 employees come from STIA LAN Jakarta, 86 employees come from STIA LAN Bandung, and 75 employees come from STIA LAN Makassar) which amounted to 253 people were taken as respondents in this study. The samples collected were 221 people from 253 employees of STIA LAN. The data collected from the questionnaire instrument were distributed and analyzed by using structural model based on Partial Least Square. Findings of this study revealed that two of the five hypotheses were not supported, those are the effect of public service motivation on organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance. The research findings revealed an emphasis on the important role of mediating organizational commitment in the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. The most important practical implication is to make a satisfied employee improve their performance; they should be more committed to the organization.

Cultural acculturation with a touch of technology is one of the phenomena driving changes in human life causing the emergence of electronic commerce. One of the most popular e-commerce sites is Shopee. Shopee has many users although in terms of their satisfaction, other e-commerces come first.  Buyers will be satisfied after the purchase depending on the performance offered in relation to the buyer's expectations. So, the factor that affects e-satisfaction is e-service quality through purchase decisions. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Using purposive sampling and quota sampling techniques due to the unknown population,  the researchers  obtained  143 respondents as the samples. The measuring instrument used was an open and closed questionnaire with a total of 26 statements and distributed via Google Form. The data analysis technique used path analysis and SPSS version 23 software. The research result shows that E-service quality has a significant indirect effect on E-satisfaction through commerce consumer purchasing decisions. The managerial  efforts to improve e-service quality and customer satisfaction as an online buyer through purchasing decisions are identifying Shopee consumers more deeply from consumer behavior, improving Shopee features, and increasing purchasing decisions because it can potentially support the effect of service quality on Shopee customer satisfaction.

Peningkatan volume kendaraan akan mempengaruhi tingkat kinerja lalu lintas dan menyebabkan perubahan perilaku lalu lintas suatu ruas jalan yang akhirnya mengakibatkan terjadinya dampak lalulintas. Metode di Indonesia yang digunakan untuk menganalisa dampak lalu lintas yaitu Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI 2014) sebagai pemutakhiran dari MKJI 1997. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan nilai analisis dampak lalu lintas antaraPKJI 2014, MKJI 1997 dan software Vissim dalam menganalisa dampak lalu lintas. Hasil analisa yang diperoleh dari satu segmen jalan yaitu jalan Jenderal Sudirman tersebut akan diketahui melalui kinerja ruas jalan. Setelah dilakukan penelitian dan hasilnya menunjukkan dengan lebar efektif jalan yaitu 6.50 m Jalan Jenderal Sudirman Duri mengalami kemacetan apabila menggunakan PKJI 2014 dan MKJI 1997 dengan derajat kejenuhan 1.20 sedangkan menggunakan software vissim tidak.

Tujuan Arah kebijakan pengembangan koperasi harus mengutamakan kualitas daripada jumlah koperasi, dan diperlukan pengawasan yang tepat untuk menghasilkan koperasi yang berkualitas. Pembangunan koperasi merupakan proses jangka panjang yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai aspek dan perkembangan ekonomi dan sosial budaya dan lainnya yang berlangsung selama beberapa generasi.  Kita mendukung keberlanjutan perusahaan koperasi. Secara mikro koperasi sebagai bentuk badan usaha yang sesuai dengan Undangundang Dasar 1945 harus terus dikembangkan. Setiap peraturan yang terkait dengan pengembangan koperasi yang akan dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah memperhatikan pula asas-asas umum pasal 33 ayat 1 Undang-undang Dasar 1945 serta nilai-nilai/prinsip-prinsip yang berlaku dalam koperasi.Karena koperasi adalah perusahaan yang secara langsung berkaitan dengan kepentingan anggotanya untuk meningkatkan usaha dan kesejahteraan mereka, pemantauan yang tepat dan sanksi yang berlaku memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kepentingan mereka. Pengaturan penegakan hukum koperasi melalui penerapan sanksi bersifat sanksi administrasi, hal ini dikarenakan penegakan hukum administrasi mempunyai fungsi sebagai instrumen pengendalian, pencegahan dan penanggulangan perbuatan yang dilarang oleh ketentuan perundang-undangan perkoperasian.
