The article investigates theoretical and methodological approaches and practical aspects of functioning and management of socio-economic systems in modern economic conditions, develops an economic and mathematical model of economic security of business entities in conditions of risk and uncertainty, substantiates the development of Ukrainian entrepreneurship in the context of European integration challenges. The main objectives of this study are: to identify factors influencing the management of business development and the formation of economic security; study of the essence of economic security based on systematization of threats on various classification signs and definition of characteristic signs of its achievement for the realization of the further scientific developments in this direction. The problem of ensuring the development of entrepreneurship in the context of a sufficient level of economic security and the formation of favorable conditions for innovative development of enterprises today requires an adequate and timely solution and is extremely relevant. The author's definition of economic security of the enterprise is formulated, which means such a level of development of its capacities and potential that allows achieving a state of protection from internal and external economic threats in conditions of instability of the national economy. The main functional components of economic security at the level of management of a modern enterprise are highlighted. Attention is paid to the main problems of business development management in the context of economic security. The factors of development influencing economic security in the conditions of competition are formed.
Кризові умови господарювання та висока конкуренція у галузі вимагають від аграрних товаровиробників використовувати всі доступні шляхи й резерви для зниження витрат, пошуку постачальників, виробництва та пропонування споживачам якісної продукції. Зазначене можливе лише на основі аналізу великої кількості інформації засобами інформаційних технологій. Технології комп'ютерних мереж є структурною складовою будьякої сучасної автоматизованої інформаційної системи та необхідним елементом виробничої та комерційної діяльності підприємства. Розробники програмного забезпечення пропонують для автоматизації бізнесових функцій серверні та хмарні рішення. Лідером у розробці та поширенні веб та мобільних додатків є Google. Встановлено, що мережні технології та реалізовані на їх основі ресурси доцільно використовувати в аграрному бізнесі для рішення завдань пошуку інформації, організації електронного документообігу, управління проектами, оптимізації діяльності та прогнозування, маркетингу та збуту, спілкування з фіскальними службами, банкінгу, комунікацій, управління виробничими процесами, навчання персоналу. Crisis conditions and high competition in the industry require agrarian commodity producers to use all ways and means to reduce costs, search for suppliers, production and offer consumers quality products. This is only possible on the basis of analysis of a large amount of information through information technology and the use of modern electronic business. The aim of the article is to study the current state of network technologies and web services and determine the prospects for their use by specialists of agrarian enterprises. Technology of computer networks is a structural component of any information system and an essential element of production and business activity of the enterprise. Software developers offer server and cloud solutions for automating business functions. Google is the leader in developing and distributing web and mobile applications. Favourable factors in the use of network technologies by agrarian producers are: an increase in the level of Internet penetration to 65%, including 56% in rural areas; the distribution of mobile Internet, with the volume of access twice as high as from stationary devices, which allowed to eliminate the problem of complex network access at production areas and remote villages; development of 3G and 4G networks at speeds above leading networks; the price for access services is low compared to the European one. It is established that network technologies and resources based on them should be used in the agrarian business for solving information search tasks, organizing electronic document circulation, project management, optimization of activity and forecasting, marketing and sales, link with State Fiscal Service, banking, communications with partners and clients, management of productions processes, staff training. In order to develop reasonable measures to counteract the destructive consequences of economic crises or to prevent them, it is important to build reasonable and adequate models of the emergence and course of crisis processes. The formal compliance of existing models with socio-economic processes during the crisis is often incomplete or cannot be adapted to other conditions, economies, and markets. Therefore, the article is devoted to the expediency and possibility of transformation of the existing paradigm of modeling economic crises.Modeling the interdependence of two basic indicators, which characterize the crisis in the economic development of European countries (GDP growth rates and employment growth rates), refuted the possibility of their mutual determination. The interdependence of the dynamics of GDP growth rates and employment growth rates for all studied objects without a shift in time, determined for the period 1996-2020 with a high level of reliability, is of the same type and made it possible to determine the range of their mutual changes. According to this range and the parameters of the codependencies of GDP growth rates and employment growth rates, eight clusters of countries were determined by the method of finding concentrations. The emergence of crisis processes coincides with specific parameters of the interdependent dynamics of GDP growth rates and employment growth rates but is not related to the internal division of Eurozone countries into clusters.The obtained results gave reason to put forward an alternative paradigm for modeling crisis processes, according to which economic crises arise as a result of the impact of random destructive events on systemic coincidences of potential periods of shifts in the contingent regularities of partial self-similar dynamics of economic processes. Within this paradigm, modeling of economic crises and forecasting their occurrence will be based on the study of self-similarity, dissipativeness and contingency of the dynamics of economic processes.
Introduction: At the beginning of the XXI century, when it is impossible to determine the volume of existing information and control all information flows, it is impossible to do without information technology, which took its place in almost all spheres of human life. The term "information technology" means a set of tools and methods of information processes, including the receipt, processing, storage, transmission of information using technical and software tools. It is also evident that the use of information technology increases the productivity and efficiency of managerial work, allowing many new tasks to be solved. The use of information technology increases productivity and in this process, many tasks are solved. Information technologies allow storing a huge amount of data, to analyze it and based on the obtained results, to offer the solution of tasks that would minimize costs and maximize profits of agricultural enterprises. The use of information technologies will significantly improve the system of information support of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine, which will be accompanied by an increase in the competitiveness of domestic agricultural production while expanding the foreign market of oilseed processing products. Purpose: To consider the prospects of the introduction of information technologies in agricultural enterprises of Ukraine specialized in the cultivation of basic oilseeds. Results: The analysis of the market of the main oilseeds in the context of the regions of Ukraine was treated. The dynamics of production, area structure, and yield of the main oilseeds in Ukraine have been established. The export potential of oilseeds and their processing products has been determined. The ways of increasing the production of oilseeds based on the increase of their yield and bringing it to the world average are analyzed. The article discusses the principles of natural agro-production that rely on an automated decision support system. There was analyzed geoinformation technology, which is based on precision agriculture. Information technologies used for sunflower, winter rape, and colza and soybean cultivation are considered. The newest information technologies for effective management of agricultural enterprises of Ukraine are offered. John Deere's major software products have been researched, as their technology accounts for about 30% of all agrarian technology available. Conclusions: Analyzing the data of the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine, the tendency of increasing acreage under oilseeds during 2014-2018 was revealed. This is due to the steady increase in demand for oil products in the world market. Due to the rather low yield of oilseeds, Ukraine loses about 15% of its yields on average.
