Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Bandung is a unit of the state institutions that carries out state power, particularly in the field of prosecution. Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Bandung implemented an information system to intensify operational activities. Using a computerized tool that is FaceUnlock to record the attendance list of employees. The system must be able to manage, convey, and maintain information security properly. Then, an audit is needed to evaluate the governance of the current information system. In this research, the capability model is used as a measurement of respondent's answers from a questionnaire based on the COBIT 5 framework with the MEA (Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess) domain as a reference. Respondents who were involved in filling out the questionnaire were employees of Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Bandung who carried out SIMPEG operations on daily. Based on the recapitulation of the answers from the respondents, the value of the current capability level is 2.4 in the range 1-4. To get the expected results, there some alternative to intensify SIMPEG's performance at Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Bandung in the future.
Dosage form of metoclopramide HCl which has high solubility but low permeability is Orally Disintegrating Tablet (ODT), because can decrease first-pass-effect metabolism so that its bioavailability and effectiveness increase. Superdisintegrant is an excipient that has a major role in the formulation of ODT. The combination of croscarmellose and Sodium Starch Glycolate (SSG) can accelerate tablet disintegration time so that the resulting ODT is suitable for its intended use. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of each and the interaction of the use of croscarmellose and SSG on the physical characteristics of ODT metoclopramide HCl, and to get the optimum formula of ODT metoclopramide HCl. Tablets were prepared by direct compression method. Optimization process by using simplex lattice design (design expert 10.0.1.R program) with eight formulas, including FI (5.25%A:1.75%B), FII (0%A:7%B), FIII (7%A:0%B), FIV (1,75%A:5,25%B), FV (7%A:0%B), FVI (3.5%A:3.5%B), FVII (3.5%A:3.5%B) and FVIII (0%A:7%B). Component A is the concentration of croscarmellose and component B is the concentration of SSG. Based on SLD equation could be seen the single-use croscarmellose and SSG components be increased flowability, hardness, moisture content, friability, water ratio absorption, weight uniformity, uniformity of content, accelerate disintegration time, wetting time, and dissolution. Interaction of the two components was increased flowability, moisture content, water ratio absorption and dissolution, decreased hardness, friability, uniformity of content, weight uniformity, accelerate disintegration time, and wetting time. The optimum formula of ODT metoclopramide HCl with proportion 5.145% croscarmellose and 1.855% SSG. Based on the one sample t-test between theoretical results and the experimental results could be seen that there were no significant differences between them
The aqueous fraction of Clinacanthus nutans leaf extracts contains flavonoids which known had antioxidative properties. To improve acceptability, this viscous and bitter aqueous fraction was microencapsulated using maltodextrin and Arabic gum. This research aims to discover the effectivity of maltodextrin and Arabic gum and the concentrations for optimum microencapsulation. Optimization design was done using Design Expert with simplex lattice design with ratios of 1:0; 0.75:0.25; 0.5:0.5; 0.25:0.75 and 0:1. The evaluations done to the results were microcapsule yield, moisture content, flow rate, and antioxidant activity. The optimum ratio of maltodextrin and Arabic gum was obtained at 0.806:0.194 with 1.49% moisture content, flow rate 4.375 g/s and antioxidant activity at the value of 842,499 ppm. The result of one-sample T-test showed that the prediction result of Design Expert did not differ significantly from the experiment result. From the data, it was concluded that the resulting equation was valid
Diabetes mellitus is a common metabolic disease marked by hyperglycemia. Diabetes also can be caused by oxidative stress. The administration of antioxidants, whether it’s from food or supplement can inhibit the formation of free radicals. Clinacanthus nutans is reported to possess various medicinal properties including blood glucose lowering effect, alpha-glucosidase inhibition activity, antioxidant activities, anti-cancer properties and anti-inflammatory effects. Based on research Clinacanthus nutans leaf extracts fractions has several shortcomings, amongst them are its viscosity that gave difficulties in formulation and its astringent and bitter taste that made it hard to use orally. To overcome these shortcomings, microencapsulation can be used. The purpose of this research is to find the blood glucose level lowering effect of the aqueous fraction of microcapsules and to find the effective dose on fructose and fat-induced Wistar strain rat. The induction using fructose and high-fat feed for 55 days was applied. Rats were divided into 8 groups: normal control (aquadest), negative control (Arabic gum and maltodextrin), positive control (metformin), dose I 15,89 mg/ kgBW (microcapsule of aqueous fraction of Clinacanthus nutans extract), dose II 31,78 mg/ kgBW, dose III 47,67 mg/ kgBW, dose IV 63.56 mg /kgBW, and dose V 79.45 mg/ kgBW. The result showed that the microcapsules of the aqueous fraction of Clinacanthus nutans (Burm.f) extract could lower Wistar strain rat blood glucose level in the dose of 15.89 mg/kg of the rat’s body weight.
Cosmetic foundation is a type of decorative makeup and commonly include a sunscreen agent. Ethyl cinnamate is one of the potential organic essential oil sunscreens. Nevertheless, there is little study on ethyl cinnamate usage in cosmetics, particularly oil-in-water foundation cream. Using an emulsifier in oil-in-water foundation cream a higher concentration does not guarantee higher oil phase recovery. However, using two combinations of emulsifier such as polysorbate 80 and sorbitan monooleate 80 with the optimum combination can be the right solution. This study aims to optimize polysorbate 80 and sorbitan monooleate 80 in a cream foundation using ethyl cinnamate as an active ingredient designed to have an effective ability to protect facial skin from ultraviolet radiation and are safe to use. The optimization formulas design of the emulsifier combination in foundation cream was made using the Simplex Lattice Design method with help Design Expert version 10.0.1. Parameter optimization were the value of pH, viscosity, spreadability, adhesion, and Sun Protection Factor (SPF) value. The stability test and skin irritation test of optimum formula were also conducted. As a positive control, Revlon Colorstay Foundation as a brand cosmetic foundation was used (National Food and Drug Agency of Indonesia number : NA18140300519). The optimum ratio of polysorbate 80 and sorbitan monooleat 80 were 9.565 and 1.435 with the physical characteristics of pH 6.478+0.008; viscosity 5844.2+31.82 cPs; spreadability 6.16+0.11 cm; adhesion 3.346+0.14 seconds; SPF Value 22.385+0.48, and no irritation symptoms. The ethyl cinnamate foundation created was physically stable, had a pleasing look, and did not irritate the skin, making it safe to wear. It also provides efficient UV radiation protection.
