Cervical cancer can be treated conventionally with chemotherapy agents, but its use has side effects and complications in the form of damage to normal cells. This study aims to determine the potential of A. platensis as an alternative anticancer agent that is selective towards normal cells. Based on TLC analysis, A. platensis contains antioxidant compounds such as β-carotene, flavonoids, and terpenoids which are able to inhibit proliferation and trigger apoptosis of cancer cells. The study was conducted using cervical cancer cells HeLa and normal cells HDFa. A. platensis macerated with 96% ethanol at a ratio of 1:4. Based on probit analysis, it is known that ethanol extract of A. platensis has a cytotoxic effect on HeLa cells with IC50 values of 260.444μg/mL and index selectivity towards HDFa cells of 7.931. The mechanism of cytotoxic activity of ethanol extract of A. platensis is related to its ability to extend the doubling time, increase the induction of apoptosis, and reduce the rate of cells migration. Ethanol extract of A. platensis can also increase cells accumulation in the S phase to prevent cells from entering the G2/M phase.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan literasi mahasiswa sebelum dan setelah menggunakan produk pengembangan media pembelajaran berupa Countax Diceboard. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian komparatif dengan Teknik sampling purposive. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 32 mahasiswa akuntansi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan literasi akuntansi dan pajak mahasiswa setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran Countax Diceboard. Kebaharuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji produk pengembangan media pembelajaran Countax Diceboard. Countax merupakan singkatan dari Accounting & Taxation sedangkan Diceboard merupakan model pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis game board edutaiment. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu menciptakan model pembelajaran yang lebih kreatif dan inovatif sehingga hasil penelitian mampu berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan literasi akuntansi dan pajak mahasiswa. Mahasiswa dengan literasi akuntansi dan pajak yang baik dapat berperan aktif di masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pajak, dan secara tidak langsung mampu meningkatkan penerimaan pajak yang optimal bagi negara

The main goal of every company is to get the maximum profit. Besides that, when the company has reached a mature phase, the most difficult thing is how the company maintains its existence, stability, and faces competitors, so that the company can still be favored by investors. There are many factors that can affect a company's value, including DER and interest rates. The purpose of this study is to determine how the influence of these two factors on company value. The statistical analysis method used is panel data regression. Panel data regression analysis is a combination of cross section with time series data. Researchers are interested in examining the value of companies in the tourism sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013-2017. DER has no significant effect on stock prices. Interest rates have a significant effect on stock prices. DER and Interest Rate have a significant effect on Stock Prices.

The most important goal of every business is to provide satisfaction to its customers. A business will be profitable if the value obtained is greater than the cost of production and services provided. As one of the icons of the City of Tasikmalaya, the fate of the kelom geulis businessmen is actually getting worse. The invasion of cheap imported sandals and shoes that entered the local market and shops, has made the kelom more marginalized. Even a number of galleries of kelom business actors have closed or switched to selling other products due to the lack of buyers. Value Chain Analysis is one of the strategic tools that companies can use to achieve competitive advantage. Value Chain Analysis is able to identify the internal and external parts of the company, namely the existence of main activities and supporting activities with the ultimate goal of making a profit. This study aims to determine the effect of value chain analysis on the competitive advantage of the company, so that it can provide input and renewal for MSMEs in Tasikmalaya City. This research will be carried out at MSMEs in the city of Tasikmalaya with survey methods and quantitative approaches, and sampling using area sampling techniques. The data source used is primary data, and the data collection technique used is a questionnaire distributed in the form of google form. Hypothesis testing in this study uses simple linear regression analysis.
