As part of the Common Agricultural Policy, the European Union offers a complex system of rural development interventions, an increased flexibility, allowing through the Rural Development Plan the design of financial envelope according to the national specificity, based on the principle of subsidiarity, The paper examines, using a comparative analysis based on national data, as well as the statistics provided by Eurostat, how Rural Development Plan and the National Plan for Local Development (funded by the national government) have effectively contributed to the sustainable development of rural areas from Romania, emphasizing some specific aspects of the implementation.

Agritourism plays an important role for sustainable development, acting as integrator for other economic sectors, like agriculture, transport, services, preserving the traditions and historical heritage. This study presents the analysis of the evolution of the agritourism infrastructure and of the main tourism indicators for Romania as agritourism travel destination, emphasizing the importance of this sector in the development of the tourism industry. Quantitative and comparative analyses were carried out regarding the total number and the existing accommodation capacity for tourist boarding houses and agritourist boarding houses and the numerical evolution for domestic arrivals and international arrivals throughout the period between 2006 and 2016. In conclusion, Romania is an important agritourism destination, well known at national and international level for its natural and anthropic resources in rural areas.

<p>This paper presents some experimental determinations concerning the dynamics under changing loads of the forces in windbracings and of the stress in the elements sensitive to fracture.</p><p>The experiments are achieved after a preliminary analysis of the potential failure zones of the crane is done.</p><p>The achievement of the experiments is based on the following logical structure of the experiment: the preparation of the measurement devices and of the used transducers, the achievement of an assembling diagram, the establishment of the quantities (parameters) which will be recorded, the execution of the mounting and of the experimental determinations, the presentation of diagrams and/or tables, conclusions, comparisons to the theoretical data established in the former paper. The paper presents the field of stresses and sectional strains in windbracings. </p>

The present paper sets that the prerequisite of a crane’s failure (changes of the optimum technical state – risk of accidents occurrence), appear in their vibratory mark. The research has as main goal the increase of the work safety and the elimination of the risk of accidents. The tests had in view both the truss answer to dynamic forces in wind-bracings and the dynamic regime of the main beam.
