AbstrakK-means merupakan salah satu algoritmaclustering yang paling populer. Salah satu alasan dari kepopuleran K-means adalah karena mudah dan sederhana ketika diimplementasikan. Namun hasil klaster dari K-means sangat sensitif terhadap pemilihan titik pusat awalnya. K-means seringkali terjebak pada solusi lokal optima. Hasil klaster yang lebih baik seringkali baru bisa didapatkan setelah dilakukan beberapa kali percobaan. Penyebab lain seringnya K-means terjebak pada solusi lokal optima adalah karena cara penentuan titik pusat baru untuk setiap iterasi dalam K-means dilakukan dengan menggunakan nilai mean dari data-data yang ada pada klaster bersangkutan. Hal tersebut menyebabkan K-means hanya akan melakukan pencarian calon titik pusat baru disekitar titik pusat awal. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penerapan metode yang memiliki kemampuan untuk melakukan pencarian global akan mampu membantu K-means untuk dapat menemukan titik pusat klaster yang lebih baik. Invasive Weed Optimization merupakan algoritma pencarian global yang terinspirasi oleh proses kolonisasi rumput liar. Pada penelitian ini diusulkan sebuah metode yang merupakan hasil hibridasi dari metode K-means dan algoritma Invasive Weed Optimization (IWOKM). Kinerja dari metode IWOKM telah dicobakan pada data bunga Iris kemudian hasilnya dibandingkan dengan K-means. Dari pengujian yang dilakukan, didapat hasil bahwa metode IWOKM mampu menghasilkan hasil klaster yang lebih baik dari K-means. Kata kunci—K-means, IWO, IWOKM, analisa klaster AbstractK-means is one of the most popular clustering algorithm. One reason for the popularity of K-means is it is easy and simple when implemented. However, the results of K-means is very sensitive to the selection of initial centroid. The results are often better after several experiment. Another reason why K-means stuck in local optima is due to the method of determining the new center point for each iteration that is performed using the mean value of the data that exist on the cluster. This causes the algorithm will do search for the centroid candidates around the center point. To overcome this, implement a method that is able to do a global search to determine the center point on K-means may be able to assist K-means in finding better cluster center. Invasive Weed Optimization (IWO) is a global search algorithm inspired by weed colonization process. In this study proposed a method which is the result of hybridization of K-means and IWO (IWOKM). Performance of the method has been tested on flower Iris dataset. The results are then compared with the result from K-means. Background: Since early May 2022, outbreaks of Monkeypox (Mpox) cases have emerged and become a global concern. Studies exploring the gastrointestinal (GI) and/or liver manifestations of Mpox are still very limited. This systematic review and meta-analysis is the first to summarize the GI manifestations reported by Mpox patients. Methods: We searched for Mpox studies published until October 21, 2022, in MEDLINE, EMBASE, SCOPUS, and organization websites. Mpox studies were observational studies that reported at least one of either GI and/or liver manifestations. Meta-analysis was done to obtain the pooled prevalence of GI manifestations in Mpox patients. The quality of included studies was assessed using the NIH Quality Assessment Tool. Results: Overall, 31 studies that reported GI and/or liver manifestations in Mpox patients were included. The five most commonly reported GI manifestations by studies were abdominal pain, anorexia, diarrhea, nausea and/or vomiting, and proctitis. There is a lack of reporting for liver manifestations. The most prevalent GI manifestations in Mpox patients were anorexia (47%; 95%CI 41-53%), followed by nausea and/or vomiting (12%; 95%CI 11-13%), proctitis (11%; 95%CI 11-12%), abdominal pain (9%; 95%CI 8-10%), and diarrhea (5%; 95%CI 4-6%). Conclusion: Anorexia was the most frequently reported GI manifestation in Mpox patients, followed by nausea and/or vomiting, proctitis, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. The presentation of proctitis during the ongoing Mpox outbreak highly suggests a potential for Mpox diagnosis.

With these problems, an optimization system for the use of raw materials is needed that can make it easier for the company to determine the maximum profit. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of optimal benefits from the limited raw materials for soap production that can be obtained by the Republic Of Soap company. This system is able to generate optimal profit by implementing the simplex algorithm. The results of this research can produce 20.20 batches of soap which will be produced later on 40 grams of soap with a total profit of Rp. 4. 251,151.52. System testing shows that the system is able to generate optimal profit, so it can be said that this system is running well
North Sumatra UIN students are demanded to revitalize in order to create a dignified society. Revitalization is an effort to re-vitalize an area or part of a city that was once vital/lived, but then suffered a setback/degradation. So in creating this, UIN North Sumatra students create a work program that guides creating a dignified society, as follows: 1) Overcoming Stunting Problems in Village Communities from House to House to create a Stunting Free Society; 2) Creating a society and not illiterate and illiterate Al-Qur'an; 3) Accompanying legal problems in the village; 4) Provide educational learning education to community cadres in order to create a dignified and integrity society; 5) Provide Islamic insight in the fields of creed, sharia and Sufism; 6) Help build a creative economic community; 7) Accompanying the community's social problems; 8) Engage and assist community agriculture and create a society that is not technologically illiterate; 9) Hold kulibas (a fifteen minute lecture) after maghrib in order to increase religious insight.
