Elementary school teachers need to master the 21st century skills needed in teaching, namelycritical thinking, creative, collaboration and communication skills. For this effort the author needsto provide knowledge on how teachers can recognize and apply 21st century skills to be used intheir teaching in the classroom. One of them is by providing training on computer thinking skills(computational thinking) to elementary school teachers in the Kapau area, Tilatang KamangDistrict, Agam Regency by making programming using the Scrath application to be used to createlearning media. The training carried out received a fairly good response from the teachers whoattended and they stated that the application used was very suitable for teaching and used byelementary school children and very interested in being able to later apply it to their students inclassroom learning.
The process of science learning is very influential on students' understanding. Uncertainty of students on various materials of science can cause various obstacles, such as students' difficultyon understanding thelinkage material, as the result, unsuccesful on achieving the expected learning objectives. Efforts to improve the students' understanding in learning process in order to avoid poor performance of student learning by using learning modules character educationoriented through Quantum Learning approach. The purpose of this research is to know the process of science learning by using learningmodule of character educationoriented through quantum learning approach on digestive system course in grade 5 at one of primary school at Padang, Indonesia. The type of this research is descriptive research. Data related to the implementation of learning derived from the process of science learning in the form of recording the learning process, interview guides, questionnaires and observation sheet on the implementation of learning. Data collection techniques refer to teacher performance appraisal instrument-2 (IPKG-2). Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the implementation of learning has not been referring to IPKG-2, but it has reached very good criteria (3.61) in grade 5 at one of primary school at Padang, Indonesia
During the Covid-19 pandemic, the implementation of online learning carried out by teachers, tended to only use the WhatsApp application as a medium in assigning assignments and collecting assignments by students. Learning resources used by students at home are not yet innovative, only sourced from books and Student Worksheets (LKS). In addition, the social studies material contained in the book is not in accordance with the curriculum. This research aims to describe the validity of the IPS Lectora Inspire e-module based on discovery learning for the fourth grade of elementary school. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). This research is a research method used to find, develop and validate a product. This research went through three stages, namely the define, design and develop stages which were adopted from the 4-D model developed by Thiagarajan which was then modified into 3-D. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The instrument for collecting research data is in the form of a validity questionnaire sheet. The e-module is validated by two experts, namely a material expert and a design expert. The data from the validation sheet were analyzed quantitatively, then used descriptive techniques to draw conclusions qualitatively. Based on the results of data analysis, the validity of the material aspect was 89% and the validity of the design aspect was 83% with an average of 86% with very valid criteria. Thus, the IPS Lectora Inspire e-module based on discovery learning for grade elementary school produced can be used in the learning process.
AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan modul bernilai estetika dan menghasilkan produk bangun ruang yang bermanfaat dan bernilai jual. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di Kelas mata kuliah Pembelajaran Matematika Kelas Lanjut diperoleh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model 4D (define, design, develop, dan desseminate). Tahap desseminate tidak dilakukan. Penelitian ini melihat apakah modul yang dirancang ini valid, kemudian dilakukan uji coba pakar, yaitu pakar perancangan Modul Pembelajaran Matematika Kelas Lanjut dan estetika dalam modul Pembelajaran Matematika. Aspek yang diuji cobakan kepada pakar yaitu aspek materi dalam modul, aspek penyajian pada modul dan Aspek bermanfaat dan bernilai jual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul pembelajaran Matematika oleh pakar sudah valid dan berrnilai estetika. Berdasarkan data di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul perkuliahan Pembelajaran Matematika Kelas Lanjut pada Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar FKIP Universitas Bung Hatta telah valid dan bernilai estetika.
