This study aims to determine the evaluation of the Cash Direct Assistance program in an effort to help the community's economy during the Covid-19 pandemic in Mapat Tunggul Selatan District, Pasaman Regency. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research type, because the data collection techniques were obtained from interviews or primary data sources. The subjects of this study were the recipients of direct cash assistance during the Covid-19 pandemic in Mapat Tunggul Selatan District which consisted of 542 families. The instrument in this study uses Dunn's policy evaluation theory which consists of six indicators, namely effectiveness, efficiency, equity, adequacy, responsiveness, and accuracy. Secondary data was obtained from the Sub-district Head Office of Mapat Tunggul Selatan or related agencies. Primary data was obtained from respondents who received direct cash assistance funds during the Covid-19 pandemic in Mapat Tunggul Selatan District. The results show that the six policy evaluation indicators have four indicators that have achieved the desired results, namely effectiveness has been running effectively, efficiency has been running efficiently, adequacy has been met, responsiveness is in accordance with what is expected. However, there are two indicators that are not as desired, namely the uneven distribution, and the accuracy of the Cash Direct Assistance funds in Mapat Tunggul Selatan District that is not yet appropriate.
