A child who didn’t get affection they tend to be juvenile and consequence may be able to carry out deviate action which collide with regulation. These child must execute criminal process that will ended to a behavior treatment that will take place in The Juvenile Correction. One of the treatment that exist in The Juvenile Correction is the treatment that actually based to child. Those kind of treatment called the individual treatment model. This paper background by issues, firstly how individual treatment model implementation in The Juvenile Correction; second what kind of constraints which found in the individual treatment model in The Juvenile Correction. Research methods used were 1) juridical empirical method;2) socio legal approach;3)case study in The Juvenile Correction in Kutoarjo. Analysis concerning are explained, first individual treatment model was already known. There were the type of individual treatment model were both religiousness and counseling treatment. But, for implementation that model could not implement properly.

The protection of children becomes the responsibility of all parties, namely family, community and government. Indonesia through the Act No. 11 Year 2012 on Juvenile Justice System provides protection namely diversion which should be emphasized as a penal mediation which can be used to solve a juvenile cases. There are two main problems; firstly, how is the penal mediation process in the juvenile justice system; secondly, how is the implementation of the penal mediation which is based on Pancasila? The research method used in this paper was normative juridical research method. The approach used in this study is socio legal approach and the data analysis method used a qualitative analysis. The results that in penal mediation in the juvenile cases namely diversion  aims to achieve restorative justice. The diversion process is very important and must involve the parties in order the mediation be effective. This process is what distinguishes from the treatments of juvenile’s cases before Act No. 11 Year 2012.  In the previous times, penal mediation was not acknowledged so law enforcement procedure is always ends at Juvenile court. Penal mediation in juvenile justice system must be based on Pancasila as the philosophical foundation of Indonesia, which means diversion process must be in accordance with the values of Pancasila, which are are religious moral values; humanistic values; nationalistic values, democratic, and social justice.

Peredaran narkotika di Indonesia semakin meningkat sehingga diperlukan kinerja aparat penegak hukum yang profesional. Badan Narkotika Nasional merupakan penyidik pada tindak pidana Narkotika. Permasalahan pada arikel ini adalah pertama, bagaimanakah proses penyidikan tindak pidana narkotika guna menentukan kualifikasi pengedar atau pemakai yang dilakukan oleh penyidik Badan Narkotika Nasional? Kedua, bagaimanakah reformasi birokrasi Badan Narkotika Nasional sebagai aparat penegak hukum dalam perkara tindak pidana narkotika?Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah pendekatan socio legal serta berlokasi di Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi (BNNP) Jawa Tengah.Berdasarkan penelitian dan pembahasan dinyatakan bahwa penyidikan yang dilakukan oleh BNN didasarkan pada kualifikasi pelaku yang di bedakan menjadi 3 (tiga) yaitu pemakai atau pengguna, pengedar dan produsen. Dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya, perlu ada pembaharuan berupa reformasi birokrasi pada tatanan substansi hukum, struktur hukum, dan kuktur hukum. Hal tersebut akan berpengaruh pada proses penegakan hukum tindak pidana narkotika yang cepat dan profesional.

The increase in the number of internet users and their activities in cyberspace, including using social media, on the other hand, is also followed by an increase in the emergence of the negative impact of the digital world such as the misuse of social media. The phenomenon of social media misuse that is increasingly widespread today is hate speech. This is then triggered the Indonesian National Police to launch the Virtual Police. This paper used a normative juridical method, using the statute approach, and the conceptual approach. The data used are secondary data obtained through library research. The widespread and fast-growing hate speech in social media can lead to open conflicts and national disintegration, if not addressed immediately. One effective way to combat the spread of hate speech, as well as to prevent the spread of hate speech, is to form a team of cyber police called the Virtual Police. The Virtual police play an incredibly important role in countering hate speech on social media, especially because the settlement used is a restorative justice approach.

The notary has the authority to legalize the deed under the hand requested by the parties. But often in the deed under the hand contains elements of acts against the law. This study aims to describe the responsibilities of a notary to his profession as a general official making an authentic deed, and to describe the notary's responsibility for an underhand agreement that contains elements of illegal acts that have been legalized. The method used in this article is normative juridical, which is a secondary data analysis with statute approach and conceptual approach that has descriptive analytical reasearch spesifications. The results of research in this article, namely: first, the notary's responsibility towards his profession as an official of an authentic deed is only limited to the formal form of an authentic deed, not to the contents of the deed, every act carried out by a notary can be held accountable if there is a violation committed and the act can cause harm for the parties. Second, the notary liability for an underhand agreement that contains elements of illegal acts that have been legalized, that is, the notary is not responsible for the contents of the deed under the hand even though there is a clause in the act against the law.
