The rural tourist attraction of Malangan, Sumberayu Moyudan, is one of the tourist rural destination in the Yogyakarta Regency which is also affected by the rampant development of rural-based tourism products. Although this tourist village has received special interest from tourists, it does not mean that every tourist village can survive and present tourism products that can continue to attract tourists to come. In that case, strategic action is needed in destination destinations, such as observations, observing all aspects related to destination sustainability. This is due to the increasing number of tourist villages in an area, there will be many competitors or competitors, as a result, there will be fierce competition or even unhealthy competition between tourism village managers. This research was conducted to answer the challenge of the importance of management that is right on target at the destination, while still paying attention to the principles of the existence of a tourist village built using a SWOT analysis. The result of this research is to present a destination management strategy based on an analysis of external and internal factors, which includes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of each category.
The purpose of the authors conducted research to determine the effectiveness of E-Marketing Interests Against Tourist Visits in Gorontalo Saronde Island and can be beneficial for the institutions, the object of research, author and upcoming research. The location of the research is Saronde Island in Gorontalo. E-Marketing is one of the factors that play an important role in running a marketing business. E-marketing or Electronic Marketing is one of the breakthroughs that are quite reliable in marketing a tourism product. Saronde Island as one of the tourist attractions managed by GAB (Natural Gorontalo Maritime) uses the concept of E-Marketing as one way powerful enough to market their products. This research uses quantitative, measurement data in the form of numbers. Variables examined include Facebook marketing, email marketing, web marketing and blackberry messenger marketing. The number of samples from the total sample is 60 respondents to the normality test, autocorrelation test results and test multilinear data formula that relies on the analysis of the results of Durbin Watson and VIF (Variance Inflation Factor). With the technique of multiple regression analysis. The analysis result showed Blackberry Messenger is the most effective changer variable, which conducted to influent visiting of tourists, than others variable. The results showed a significant effect on the interest in visiting tourists at Saronde island of Gorontalo. The implications of this study are to be helpful to the reader, or for anyone who wants to continue the same thing in future research. Hypothesis Testing depends variable to the independent variable, the probability value is < 0.01.
The tourism sector is built based on development that prioritizes welfare, especially for people in rural areas. Not only as a sector that can provide an economic boost but at the same time providing a sense of security against concerns over the overexploitation of natural resources. Therefore, as part of the process in the management of a tourism destination, it requires an in-depth study of instruments that can assist tourism destination management in assessing the environmental resilience crisis. This instrument is needed to reduce environmental impacts, which are currently feared to damage the environment around the destination. One of the instruments used in this research is the criteria and indicators of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC). The method of this research used a descriptive qualitative method, comparative analysis (implementation and indicators). The purpose of this research is to answer the challenges of environmental vulnerability issues in a destination using one of the GSTC criteria and indicators. The result of this research is Tunggul Arum tourism village does not fulfill the environmental-based on GSTC criteria and indicators.
Pengembangan daya tarik wisata arung jeram Papualangi di Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara merupakan suatu perencanaan oleh pemerintah untuk dijadikan suatu program sehingga obyek wisata ini bisa dijadikan sebagai alternatif wisata minat khusus di kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Berdasarkan hasil Prapenelitian ditemukan bahwa dalam pengembangan obyek wisata ini sudah dalam tahap pengembangan berupa, perbaikan jalan, dan mendirikan musholah di sekitar obyek wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan obyek-obyek wisata yang bisa dikembangkan oleh pemerintah ke depannya sehinga banyak wisatawan yang akan berkunjung di daerah Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya perhatian pemerintah dalam mengembangkan obyek wisata arung jeram Papualangi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian mencakup bagian Pemerintah Dinas Pariwisata Gorontalo Utara, dan Masyarakat Desa Papualangi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian teknik analisis data mencakup penjabaran mengenai analisa sebelum, selama, dan setelah tutun penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Pemerintah Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara belum mampu secara maksimal untuk mengembangkan obyek wisata Arung Jeram Papualangi karena Arung Jeram Papualangi ini adalah suatu Kawasan Taman Nasional jadi dalam pengembangan harus bekerja sama dengan Balai Nasional Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Namun di sisi lain pemerintah telah berupaya untuk mengembangkan obyek wisata ini dengan bekerja sama dengan Balai Nasional dan masyarakat.
