This empirical study aims to determine the impact of the productive zakat, infaq and sadaqah (ZIS) on the growth of micro business and the welfare of mustahiq in Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (Baznas) branch of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). Applying structural equation modeling partial least square (PLS SEM), it confidently aims to verify the factors that influence the mustahiq welfare. The data of the research had systematically gathered by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents and analytically processed by SmartPLS 3.0. This paper found that the productivity of ZIS took significantly positive influence on the growth of micro business and the welfare of mustahiq. Salah satu faktor penghambat dalam usaha budidaya perikanan adalah serangan parasit. Parasit merupakan organisme yang hidup pada tubuh organisme lain (inang) dengan mengambil nutrisi dari inangnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui jenis parasit dan prevalensi parasit pada ikan air tawar yang dibudidayakan di Pusat Produksi Inspeksi dan Sertifikasi Hasil Perikanan (PPISHP), Balai Benih Ikan (BBI), Ciganjur. Sampel ikan yang digunakan berjumlah 30 ekor ikan air tawar yang merupakan spesies ikan nila dan ikan lele masing-masing sebanyak 15 ekor dengan ukuran 5-6 cm yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian teridentifikasi tiga spesies parasit yaitu Trichodina sp., Ichthyophthirius multifiliis dan Dactylogyrus spp. Tingkat serangan parasit Trichodina sp. pada benih ikan air tawar yang diproduksi di PPISHP, BBI Ciganjur menunjukan prevalensi tertinggi pada benih ikan lele dengan nilai prevalensi 86,6% infeksi hampir parah, sedangkan prevalensi parasit terendah yakni Dactylogyrus spp. yang menyerang ikan nila dengan prevalensi 6,6% termasuk infeksi rendah. Intensitas parasit tertinggi yakni Ichthyophthirius multifiliis yaitu 22 individu/ekor pada ikan lele, dan intensitas parasit terendah yakni Dactylogyrus spp. yaitu 1 individu/ekor pada ikan nila. Adapun parameter suhu dan pH juga mempengaruhi tingginya nilai prevalensi dan intensitas parasit yang menyerang ikan khususnya pada ikan lele di BBI Ciganjur.
This type of research is a field research that is a study conducted systematically by raising the data in the field. The purpose of this study is to determine the Marketing Strategy and the factors that influence the customer's interest in choosing a waqf savings product and its mechanism and process at the Samarinda Branch of CIMB Niaga Syariah Bank for consideration in decision making. The nature of this research is descriptive qualitative. The study used observation, interview and documentation techniques with several key customers of waqf savings and related bank management / parties. The research uses factor analysis of Miles and Hubberman analysis techniques and triangulation. The results showed that the marketing strategy undertaken by Bank CIMB Niaga Syariah Samarinda Branch used STP (Segmentation, targeting, and Positioning). Segmentation is to divide customers based on social strata class, income level and occupation, positioning which offers sharia values through waqf savings products as one of the superior products that is unique, superior and provides benefits for customers and recipients of waqf.
<p><em><span lang="EN">This study aims to find the observations regarding community empowerment based on the orchid cultivation. In addition, this research attemps to construct the concept of community empowerment through a partnership pattern. The elements that have built the partnership include private sector, academics, government, and society. <em><span lang="EN">The existence of the private sector is believed to be able to encourage business development through adequate capital, the existence of the government is very important to ensure smooth empowerment and business traffic activities, and the existence of academics can support the development of empowerment and improvement in the quality of empowerment through research activities. <em><span lang="EN">Three main patterns are found in this partnership; first, the research development patterns; Second, marketing patterns and; Third, advocation patterns. These patterns are believed to be able to provide effective solutions and strategies so that orchid-based community empowerment activities can be carried out properly and sustainably.</span></em></span></em></span></em></p><p><em><span lang="EN"><em><span lang="EN"><em><span lang="EN"><br /></span></em></span></em></span></em></p>
