As the Consumer Protection Law Enforcement Effort for Quality Improvement National Production outlines that globalization opens free market requires businesses to compete on a competitive basis from the galloping pace of international business competition. Opportunities entry of goods importedfrom abroad should be able to be supported by regulations to safeguard the rights of consumers and businesses nationwide are required to produce a quality prodak capable of fulfilling the rights of consumers and be able to compete competitively in the global market. The research method using normative juridical approach with The data collection methods focus on literature study materials secondary law. research shows that the production quality standardization aims to improve consumerprotection and to realize smooth trade and a healthy business climate, embody the fulfillment of the rights of consumers, and improve the quality of prodak grade; The next responsibility of businesses in ensuring the quality of the production is to provide the fulfillment of the rights of consumers, the conception of the activities prohibited to businesses in the form of regulations to not produce harmful products and are not qualified, and quality standardization efforts of national production; whereasconsumer protection law enforcement efforts in improving the quality of national production is through the efforts of standardizing the quality of production, the preventive consumer protection and dispute settlement, prosecution and sanctioning both on aspects of criminal, civil and administrative.

Pergeseran tanah merupakan salah satu faktor terjadinya tanah longsor (landslide). Untuk itu, diperlukan suatu prototype alat yang dapat  membantu memberikan informasi dini dan peringatan akan terjadinya longsor. Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang simulasi pergeseran tanah dengan menggunakan sensor LVDT (Linear Variable Differential Transformer). Sensor LVDT dihubungkan dengan Arduino uno yang kemudian ditampilkan pada LCD dan juga monitoring pada komputer. Pengamatan pergeseran tanah  dilakukan selama 5 jam dengan melakukan variasi terhadap sudut kemiringan tanah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji kerja dari sensor LVDT yang merupakan hasil dari penelitian sebelumnya. Dari hasil pengamatan, terlihat bahwa sensor LVDT ini mampu membaca pergeseran tanah dengan ketlitian 0.01 mm. Adapun jangkauan pergeseran alat ini yaitu hany sampai 14 cm, untuk penelitian selanjutnya akan dikembankan sensor LVDT dengan jangkaun pengukuran yang lebih panjang.

We study single-brane 4 + n dimensions which is embedded in bulk 5 + n dimensions with scalar field and Gauss Bonnet terms in bulk. The brane field equation is obtained by performing a bulk field projection by using the Gauss-Codazzi equation. The Einstein brane field equation is formed into the standard Einstein field equation in the Theory of general relativity with additional terms Gauss Bonnet and extra terms. Furthermore cosmological application obtained by reviewing brane’s spacetime is homogeneous and isotropic. FRW metric is taken with two scale factors that are internal dimensions and external dimensions which have a relationship $b(t)=a(t)^\gamma$. A dynamic analysis is performed to determine the stability of this model by taking the case of the absence of extra terms. Finally, we get a stable solution for this model occurs when the extra dimension n=2.

Therefore, this study aims to examine what things underlie the enforcement of the deprivation of the political rights of the convicted of corruption in judge's decision and formulation of the criminal law system regarding the deprivation of political rights of convicted of corruption in judge's decision?. This research was conducted using a type of sociological juridical research approach. The result of the research is the abolition of political rights for corruption convicts, when examined from the juridical, sociological, and human rights aspects. It must become a standard in the punishment of corruption, considering that several formulations of the criminal law system currently exist in the criminal act of corruption which is still relatively light because the several sanctions given to date have not minimized acts of corruption.
