GIS Licensing is integrated with the Integrated Licensing Service System (SPPT), it requires an architecture for integration between the two systems, therefore the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) approach is used. System development stage using waterfall method which is divided into five stages: analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation. SIGP is implemented in mobile applications and web applications by utilizing the service to run its functionality. Based on the test results showed that the built system already meets the functional requirements that have been established, the test results obtained proved that SIGP and SPPT can be integrated with SOA that has been built to run the functionality on SIGP.
