The article is devoted to the problem of professional training of pedagogues in foreign countries. Special attention has been paid to the experience of Great Britain. It has been underlined that the teacher has to acquire thorough knowledge in profession as well as to master the methods of teaching. Nevertheless, this is not enough to reach success in a professional field. The educational system today needs a teacher-researcher. It has been proved that the process which provides scientific and educational unity by means of involving students into scientific work is stirring up in European pedagogical institutions. The problem of orientating the teachers to be on research work is considered to be the most important condition of their personal professional self-determination and professional culture. A new teacher-researcher training pattern in British higher educational system has been made. This pattern includes some interdependent components and is successful under certain pedagogic conditions: the possession of research position by a teacher-to-be; ensuring creative interaction and cooperation among students and teachers; introduction of special educative modules with research orientation; the use of project technologies; the arrangement of creative educational atmosphere; establishing friendly relationships among university teachers (lecturers), students and school teachers. The accent is made on the urgent necessity of implementation of British experience in Ukraine.
Modern judicial practice indicates how important, in the quality of cases, is forensic examination, which with its special methods, tools and techniques contributes to the solution of judicial problems. An expert opinion plays a significant role in the process of proving in separate proceedings, when the question of the obligatory application of special knowledge arises. The article deals with study of forensic science as a source of evidence in a particular proceeding, as well as highlighting the clear difference between individual and other types of proceedings in civil proceedings, forming an opinion on the active role of the court in resolving cases in a particular proceeding. on the problem of interpretation by courts of norms of the national legislation at application of such means of proof as the expert’s conclusion. Analysis of scholars’ opinions, national case law, ECtHR documents, current legislation and regu-lations governing the appointment of forensic examination, shows that, in addition to the general rules of the institution of evidence and proof, in cases of separate proceedings, the court may take into account all by law means of proof. The expert's opinion is admissible, sufficient, reliable and categorical evidence in cases concerning changes in the legal status of individuals; establishing facts that are legally significant for the realization of rights and interests in family and other legal relations (for example, establishing the zygote of twins as a result of merging male and female gametes, establishing kinship (kinship) through molecular genetic examination).
The accident at the Chornobyl nuclear power plant was one of the most serious nuclear incidents in human history. A radioactive plume covered a whole strip of northeastern Europe. The consequences of this catastrophe are still being felt, both in Ukraine and around the world. The article is devoted to the assessment of the consequences of radiocesium contamination of agricultural lands and irrigated waters during a possible accident at the Zaporizhzhia NPP and the associated Cs 137 contamination of sunflower products in the Zaporizhzhia region. The studies were carried out using a dynamic mathematical model for the formation of radionuclide activity in the "water-soilplant-product" system, ECOSIS-87 (Ecoplant). The article presents the results of studies of possible contamination of the environment by radiocesium according the Chornobyl NPP-86 scenario and sunflower production by the method of mathematical dynamic modeling. The calculations were carried out on the basis of the results of an agrochemical and agroecological survey of the state of soils in Ukraine and the Dnipro cascade of reservoirs. If an explosion occurs at the Zaporizhzhia NPP, the power of which will be equal to the Chornobyl NPP, then 100,000 hectares of agricultural land in the region will be taken out of the agricultural production of the Zaporizhzhia region. On agricultural lands where soil contamination with radiocaesium will be more than 5 Ci/km 2 , and the concentration in irrigated waters will reach 2 Bq/dm 3 , sunflower, which was grown for seeds to produce oil will need to be replaced with an industrial crop, which will also lead to loss of seed yield sunflower. Crop losses will lead to a decrease in the volume of sunflower oil. It should also be taken into account that the purification of soil and water does not occur in one year. At least in 5 years the situation will begin to improve.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
