The article proposes organizational and methodical provision of financial and economic security management of the enterprise and develops a methodical approach to assessing the level of FES management. The views of various authors on the definitions «economic security» and «financial security» are summarized, and the author's vision of «financial and economic security» is provided, which should be understand as a complex system with a specific set of characteristics, aimed at ensuring the effective use of all types of resources: material, financial, labor, etc., and the prevention of internal and external threats. The basic principles of financial and economic security management of economic entities are outlined. The description of two blocks of organizational and methodical provision of the enterprise's FES is provided: organizational block and methodical block. Existing methodical approaches to assessing the level of financial and economic security of business entities are considered. It is concluded that the most appropriate is to use the methodical approach proposed by the authors, which is aimed to improve the differential approach to assessing the level of management of financial and economic security of enterprises. The essence of the method is to improve the detection of the significance degree of partial integral indicators. As a result of the conducted research, the general scheme of organizational and methodical support of financial and economic security management of the enterprise was proposed. That scheme, based on the various factors analysis that determine the state of the enterprise and tendencies of its development, demonstrates the necessary set of measures for raising the level of the enterprise's FES. It is concluded that the proposed methodical approach to assessing the level of the enterprise's FES management enables to get rid of subjective factors and to determine the aggregate value of all indicators of functional criteria of financial and economic security of economic entities.

The article examines the theoretic-methodical aspects of management of foreign economic activity by economic entities in Ukraine. It is specified that foreign economic activity has a huge impact on the development of all world countries. The practice of recent decades justifies the expediency of expanding the participation of all countries in various forms of international business and cooperation. From this point of view, all globalization processes are consistent, since the economic interdependence of countries in terms of solving economic and social issues increases year after year. As to their content, the methods of management of foreign economic activity be identified similar to the main functions of management: planning, motivation, control, organization, regulation. They are divided into economic, administrative, social, psychological, technological, legal methods, which act in practice by means of certain instruments. It is noted that when planning foreign economic activity, the operational determination of problematic issues arising during the activities of the economic entity allows to quickly respond to changes in both the internal and the external environment of the enterprise business conduct. Also, it is important to have separate units at the enterprises for carrying out controlling of foreign economic activity; analysis of the processes of planning and accounting of the major indicators of foreign economic activity, which will provide an opportunity to solve existing economic and organizational problems, eliminate disparities in planning and obstacles within the information collection systems, to form a group of indicators of foreign economic activity of the economic entity, etc. It is concluded that achieving the efficiency of foreign economic activity management should, first of all, be based on the adaptation of the enterprise to the requirements of the international market and the prompt definition of problematic issues that arise during the activity, which allows to quickly respond to changes both in the internal and external environment of conducting business and in the conditions for foreign economic activity.

The article defines the specific features of the principles and methods for evaluating the efficiency of managerial decisions at industrial enterprises of Ukraine. It is noted that the improvement of the economic situation in Ukraine under martial law and hostilities on its territory today is possible only on the basis of the integrated use of principles and methods for assessing the efficiency of managerial decisions, the quality of which determines the viability of domestic industrial enterprises and the preservation of the national economy as a whole. It is noted that the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial decisions is determined by many factors of a technical, organizational, economic and socio-psychological nature, the impact of which is manifested at different stages of the process of developing and implementing solutions. The influence of external and internal factors on the activities of managers of industrial enterprises is defined. It is determined that industrial enterprises in order to adapt as effectively as possible to changes in the factors of the external and internal environment, should develop programs to evolve the potential of managers, its improvement, which include the effect of a complex, long-term and costly research along with the implementation programs. The implementation of these measures should be based on the use of formal and informal management methods based on processes of constant change and improvement. It is concluded that one of the important conditions for the quality and efficiency of managerial decision-making for industrial enterprises of Ukraine is the creation of a high-quality information base and the selection of highly qualified personnel in the field of management, since the level of education and experience of a modern manager is an important factor in the development of an economic entity. Regarding the evaluation of the efficiency of decision-making and the professional activities of manager, it is concluded that the industrial enterprises of Ukraine should develop programs for the development of the potential of managers, its enhancement and improvement, which in turn should consist of a set of long-term studies and operational training plans.

The purpose of the study: theoretical and analytical substantiation of factors affecting the level of quality management of services of railway transport enterprises in Ukraine.The article analyzes the main scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists regarding the determination of the factors affecting the level of service quality management of enterprises, including railway transport enterprises. This is especially acute during the period of hostilities taking place on the territory of Ukraine. Thus, during the period of hostilities, the number of transportation services increased, especially due to the evacuation of the population and free travel. That is why the development of the potential of transport enterprises, including railway ones, is of crucial importance. The dynamics of changes in the transportation of passengers and cargo by modes of transport are presented in the paper with railway transport as a priority. The category of concepts " product quality" and "quality of services" has been analyzed.The internal (production, socio-psychological, human, organizational) and external (political, economic, social, technological, ecological, cultural, medical-biological) factors that affect the quality of services have been singled out, as well as the factor that affects the level of service quality management of railway transport enterprises, which, according to the authors, includes: reliability, safety, sensitivity, competence, accessibility, sociability, understanding, materiality, as physical parameters of the service, trust, courtesy. An integral indicator of the quality management level of railway transport enterprises is proposed. It has been found that in the future the construction of an integral indicator of the level of service quality management of railway transport enterprises and the determination of its forecast values may form the basis of the development of the state regional development strategy and separately be important for the development plans of railway transport enterprises.
