In our population of patients with iodine-refractory DTC, treatment with sorafenib, lenvatinib, and axitinib allows the stabilization of the disease in a high percentage of cases, with acceptable tolerability.
Lixisenatide achieved significant improvements in anthropometric parameters, glycaemic control (fasting glucose and HbA1c), blood pressure and lipids. It was safe and well tolerated in most patients. In addition, there was a significant increase in the use of antihypertensive and lipid-lowering therapy.
