Background: The dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) is one of the most important causes of cardiac insufficiency, leading to morbidity and mortality augment, due to therapeutic restriction.Objective: To search scientific evidences about the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy with stem cells use. Results:The stem cells use in this pathology has shown benefits through human and animals experiments, verified through images and laboratorial exams. Conclusion:Even with positive results, this treatment requires deeper studies that can show consistent vantages of this therapy in humans.
The SGLT2 inhibitors are a class of drugs that blocks the sodiumglucose co-transport, which is responsible for 90% of the nephron glucose. Objective: To show the benefits of the SGLT2 inhibitors in monotherapy and in association with other drugs. Results: The association of SGLT2 inhibitors and other drugs has shown several additional benefits after their interaction, including weight loss, reduction of body fat, reduction of triglycerides level, decrease of glycated hemoglobin, decrease in postprandial glucose level, reduction of arterial pressure, decrease of hypoglycemia risk and improvement of glucose metabolism. Therefore, this is a promising interaction for type 2 diabetes.
Objective: to identify the determinative factors of the displacement of female users from the city of Recife and other cities for the accomplishment of Papanicolaou´s exam. Methodology: this is about an exploratory descriptive study, from qualitative boarding. It was applied a form by the interview technique for 30 women from january to february 2008. The depositions had been recorded and transcribed. Results analysis was based on the Collective Citizen Speech, after study has been approved by the Ethics Committee of the Integrated Health Center Amaury de Medeiros (protocol number 087/07). Results: it had been presented in six Central Ideas: the delay of the results in the UBS, to know the professionals that realize the exam, exposition of the body to a men professional, inadequate access to the basic attendance, lack of information in health education, unprepared techniques and fragility in the relation between the same ones and the users. Conclusion: this study evidenced the need of the practical of integral and humanived attendance to women who submit to the Papanicolaou's exam, in a way that the nurses tuts into bractice partipative actions in Health Education participative, propitiating bond between the professional and the female users of the health services. Metodologia: estudo descritivo exploratório com abordagem qualitativa. Aplicado formulário de entrevista com 30 mulheres entre os meses de janeiro e fevereiro de 2008. Os depoimentos foram gravados, transcritos e analisados mediante o Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo. Este estudo foi aprovado pelo Comitê de Ética e Pesquisa do Centro Integrado de Saúde Amaury de Medeiros (número de protocolo 089/07). Resultados: os depoimentos foram apresentados em seis Idéias Centrais: A demora para se obter os resultados nas UBS, O acesso inadequado ao atendimento básico, Conhecer os profissionais que realizam o exame, Exposição do corpo ao profissional do sexo masculino, Falta de informação em educação em saúde, Despreparo técnico desses profissionais e Fragilidade na relação de vínculo entre eles e as usuárias. Conclusão: foi evidenciada a necessidade de atendimento integral e humanizado às mulheres que se submetem ao exame de Papanicolaou, de modo que, os enfermeiros realizem ações de educação em saúde participativas, propiciando vínculo entre os profissionais e as usuárias dos serviços de saúde. Las declaraciones fueron gravadas, transcritas y analizadas mediante el Discurso del Sujeto Colectivo. El estudio fue aprobado por el Comité de Ética del Centro Integrado de Salud Amaury de Medeiros (numero de registro 089/07). Resultados: las declaraciones fueron presentados en seis Ideas Centrales: el retraso para obtener los resultados en las UBS, el acceso inadecuado a la atención básica, conocer a los profesionales que realizan la prueba, exposición del cuerpo al profesional de sexo masculino, falta de información en educación en salud, falta de preparación técnica de estos profesionales y fragilidad en la relación de vínculo entre ellos y las usuarias. Conclusión: quedó evidenciado la necesidad de atención integral y humanizada a las mujeres que se someten al examen de Papanicolaou, de forma que, los enfermeros realicen acciones de educación en salud participativas, propiciando vínculo entre los profesionales y las usuarias de los servicios de salud.
