The main aim of this analysis is to study the seismic behaviour of different types of slab structures i.e. Flat slab structure, conventional slab structure, flat slab structure with drop under different earthquake zones. These buildings are multistory building. For our analysis, we have use G+5 storey building. The analysis used ETAB software. We also analyzed to make a comparison of behavior of flat bit of material building with old common 2 way bit of material system for different bands, parts like band, part zone-II, part zone-III, part zone-IV, part zone-V in respect with greatest point making bent moment.

Nowadays, tall structures have turned out to be a great engineering wonder. From past earthquakes information, it is demonstrated that a significant number of structures are harmed or destroyed due to earthquakes, therefore, it becomes necessary to decide and analyze seismic reactions over the structure. Earthquake can cause huge destructive to the structure. There is a need of seismic study and planning to protect the structure from earthquake. The analysis of the structures is to determine the deformations and forces induced by applied load or because of ground movements so as to resist earthquakes while designing the buildings. Depending on the intent of the study, a variety of methods are available. In this, seismic response of residential G+7 reinforced cement concrete frame building is analyzed by equivalent static method and by using STAAD. PRO software as per IS 1893(Part1): 2016.
For the drawing engineers, selection of the type of the structure for a specific purpose is very important, as multistory buildings are becoming necessary, as construction for living style with increases in requirement of space. The lack of space is forcing us to raise the height of structures possible to unbend maximum number of people. This paper aims to effort on seismic response of unappetizing slab RCC structure for the various height and plan, moreover aims to compare policies of unappetizing slab towers with old conventional 2-way slab system for different zones like zone II, zone III, zone IV, zone V in respect with maximum BM, story shear, base shear, and story drift, by the help of analysis soft wares like ETABS.
Tremors are called one in everything about preeminent erratic and annihilating of every cataclysmic event, be that as it may, the flighty idea of the incidence of those seismic tremors makes it inconvenient to hinder loss of living souls and annihilation of properties, if the constructions don’t seem to be designed to oppose such seismic tremor powers. During this paper, a shot has been made to review set up irregularities specifically torsional irregularity and re-entrant corners within the frame structure. These inconsistencies square measure made according to IS 1893:2016 (part1) code. Irregular model and regular model were considered which were analyzed exploitation ETABS 2018 to see the unstable reaction of the structure. The models were analyzed exploitation static and dynamic ways, parameters thought-about being displacement, story drift, torsional irregularity.
In recent trends, Floating column is used to occupy more spaces for functional requirement. Floating Column is that architectural feature which gives poor response to earthquake. Hence it should be avoided in Earthquake prone zones. This review shows the responses of various studies done by Researchers. Comparison of result is done with respect to different parameters like bending moment, storey shear, displacement, time period etc. Authors have modelled various structures such as conventional Building, building with Floating Columns, building modelled with different solutions and their solution is compared. This review also focuses on the methodology to be adopted to have better seismic response of Building with Floating Column.
