Background: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is a modality of cognitive behavioral therapy, which directs the process on the synthesis of opposites and the modification of maladaptive behaviors. It cognizes individuals with four significant compounds of skills to manage massive emotions, and innervate coping skills. Aim: This study aimed to evaluate the effect of dialectical behavioral therapy on depressed patients' suicidal attempts and non-suicidal self-injuries.
