Crime is a dynamic phenomenon that is tried to be understood by various branches of science as a problem of both urban and rural areas with its unlimited structure and different features, and the "Geography of Crime" is a dynamic phenomenon that creates a research area with its spatial interaction and temporal dimension as an area of interest. In order to explain the spatial and temporal (year, month, season, day and hour) distribution of crime in the rural areas of Bilecik, the data of the study were compiled from the annual gendarmerie rural crime records between 2010-2019 (10) years, digitized and visualized with the use of GIS systems. Revealing the distribution characteristics of the crime increases the effectiveness of the conflict. For this reason, the general distribution characteristics of public order crimes and its subcategories such as crimes against people and property, as the classification of crimes that most affect the social structure in the rural areas of Bilecik, have been discussed, and it has been determined that the crimes vary in spatial and temporal dimensions according to the type. With this study, a general reference guide to law enforcement was created.
