Product innovation is the functional progress of a product that can make the product better than competitors' products. At least the newest product is better than the previous product. Because if a product has advantages, it will be seen as added value for consumers. This research aims to find out product innovations that influence consumer decision-making in buying Youghurt at Sour Sally. This research uses the descriptive correlational method. This study's population are all consumers who have shopped Black Sakura and White Skim at Sour Sally Gandaria City Jakarta. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, and the total number of respondents in this study was 89 people. To see the relationship level, the correlation coefficient of 0.662 means that the correlation of product innovation on purchasing decisions at Sour Sally Gandaria City Jakarta is strong and positive. So the purchasing decisions at Sour Sally Gandaria City Jakarta are influenced by product innovation by 43.82% and 56.18% influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan room boy terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Hotel Six Senses Uluwatu Bali. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuisioner dengan google form. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan accidental sampling yaitu responden didapatkan dari kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti di Hotel Six Senses. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung yang datang ke Hotel Six Senses. Sedangkan populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy. pihak hotel lebih meningkatkan kualitas pada aspek-aspek responsiveness (daya tanggap) kepada konsumen yaitu karyawan hotel hendaknya meningkatkan inisiatif dalam membantu konsumen, profesional dalam menjalankan tugasnya serta menciptakan suasana yang damai dan tentram agar tamu merasa nyaman. The results showed that tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. this hotel further improves the quality in terms of responsiveness to consumers, namely hotel employees must increase the initiative in helping consumers, professionals in running their duties and create a peaceful and serene atmosphere so that guests feel comfortable. Taman Hutan Raya (Tahura) Banten has a natural tourist attractions, such as waterfalls is curug gendang and curug puteri which are often visited by tourists. on the other hand, tahura banten also has a diversity of fauna in the form of endemic birds which are suspected to be a special interest tourist attraction. the purpose of the study was to identify the potential and opportunities of tahura banten as a birdwatching. observations, interviews and documentation were carried out at tahura banten to obtain data on the potential and opportunities for birdwatching with focus group discussions (fgd) with local governments and tourism actors. swot analysis is carried out to formulate a strategy for the tourism component. based on the analysis, the potential for birdwatching tourism in tahura banten found six endemic bird species, tahura banten is also one of the target bird watchers of endemic species on the island of java. in order for the potential strategy and opportunities for bird watching in tahura banten to be implemented, it is necessary to improve the quality of services and improve the quality of tourist facilities.
This study aims to determine the effect of tourist attractions and prices on visiting intentions through tourist satisfaction. This research is a quantitative descriptive type with path analysis using Smart PLS. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires with sampling using accidental sampling. The population in this study amounted to 746,368 people. At the same time, the number of samples determined by the Slovin formula is 100 people. The results showed: (1) Attractions and prices partially have a significant effect on satisfaction; (2) Attractions and prices partially have a significant effect on visiting intentions; (3) Partial satisfaction has a significant effect on visiting intentions; (4) Attractions and prices partially have a significant effect on the intention to visit through satisfaction. TMII managers are expected to maximize the function of the traditional house building as a display of forms from Indonesia to increase the number of regional tourist visits. It is hoped that the Ministry of Tourism can increase the number of visits to TMII by working with YouTubers or celebrities to promote TMII.
