Faktor pertama adalah dosis urea (u) terdiri atas empat taraf, yaitu u0 = tanpa pupuk urea, u1 =50 kg urea/ha, u2 = 100 kg urea/ha u3 = 200 kg urea/ha. Faktor kedua pupuk organic cair asam humat (h) terdiri atas empat taraf, yaitu h0 = 0 ml pupuk organic cair/L, h1 = 5 ml pupuk organic cair/L, h2= 10 ml pupuk organic cair/L dan h3 = 15 ml pupuk organic cair/L.
Pembibitan kopi umumnya melalui biji, padahal kopi dapat dibudidayakan melalui cara vegetative yaitu stek asal diberi perlakuan at pengatur tumbuh. THE EFFECT OF VARIOUS NATURAL PLANT GROWTH REGULATOR ON GROWTH CUTTINGS OF COFFEEABSTRACTThe Coffee is one of national excellent commodities. The Nurseries of coffee generally through the beans, but it can be grown through vegetative through by cuttings treated with growth regulators. The purpose of this research was to study the effect of various naturally plant growth regulators in coffee cuttings. The experiment was conducted at the Experimental Farm, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Garut in October-November, 2016 using Randomized Complete Block Design with treatment without giving plant growth regulator, growtone, onion extract, and coconut water. The result showed that the extract of onion can grow at 50% and the growtone treatments can grow 55% of the coffee cuttings.

Identification of diversity and dominance of weeds on citrus fruit (Citrus Sp.) crop land Abstract. Weeds was plants that interfere with cultivated plants. The aim of this research was to identify the diversity and dominance of weeds on Citrus (Citrus sp.) in medium land of Garut. The study was conducted in April to June 2018. The qualitative method is used through case study. Sampling was conducted on 5 differents plot weed with size 50 cm x 50 cm per plot. Each plot had 5 sampling points. Weed samples were collected and it was identified per species according to the weed group, then it was calculated by Summed Dominance Ratio to see weed dominancy at each site locations. The results of the study identified 6 types of weed grass, 3 weed cyperus types and 13 types of broad-leaf weeds with low diversity index. The dominant types of weeds in citrus was Cyperus rotundus and Amaranthus spinosus L.
Excessive leaf production in winged bean may delay the flowering time and reduces the yield, therefore, shoot pruning and additional fertilizer were applied in order to improve yield. The research was carried out at Leuwikopo Experimental Station, IPB University, Bogor from January to July 2022. The study used a randomized complete block design with 2 factors and three replications. The first factor was three types of shoot pruning, namely without shoot pruning, shoot pruning at 15, and 30 cm height. Pruning was conducted at 7 weeks after transplanting (WAT). The second factor was four doses of fertilizers (0, 6.25, 12.5, and 18.75 g of NPK (16-16-16) per plant). The additional fertilizer was given every two weeks from 7 until 15 WAT. The variables observed were the morphophysiological characters, shoot auxin levels, plant nutrient levels, pod yield, pod number, and pod flavonoid content. The results showed that plant’s biomass increased with additional fertilizer, lower relative growth rate and higher auxin content was from 15 cm pruning. The interaction of two factors affected flowering time and flavonoid content. Shoot pruning and 6.25 g NPK delayed flowering by 0.7-1 day. The highest flavonoid content was found in the plant without pruning and additional fertilizer. Plant yields were not significantly affected by treatments. Keywords: auxin; flavonoid content; flowering time; leaf nutrient; young pods
