<p>The religious conflicts seem to correlate strongly with factors of non religion. Religion is usually a factor triggering the riots that preceded the conflict with economics, such as snatching parking lots, the area, and other factors. In other words, a small conflict often happens to be a huge deal. Multicultural education is education which notes the skill and knowledge base for the citizens of the world, it is important for students, penetrating all aspects of the education system, develop the attitudes, knowledge, and skills that enable students working for social justice. Process when a teacher and students together learn the importance of cultural variables for academic success as well as implement science education provides a critical attention to the social sciences and to help students to develop skills. Multicultural education is very important to minimize and prevent the occurrence of conflicts in some regions. Through education-based, multicultural attitudes and mindsets (the thinking) students will be more open to understand and appreciate diversity. In addition, the multicultural education are also useful for establishing ethnic diversity, race, religion, and culture (promoting diversity values). A key aspect in implementing multicultural education in schools is the absence of a policy that inhibits tolerance, including the absence of affront to race, ethnicity, and gender, cultivate sensitivity to against cultural differences.</p>
Penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana aplikasi metode sorogan dalam pembelajaran membaca makharijul huruf dan apakah ada peningkatan kemampuan membaca makharijul huruf setelah menggunakan Metode Sorogan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan PAR (Participatory Action Research). Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Penerapan metode sorogan dilaksanakan dengan cara berkelompok dan peserta didik mengalami peningkatan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an melalui pengenalan makhorijul huruf melalui metode sorogan. Penelitian ini berdampak pada peningkatan kemampuan peserta didik dalam membaca Al-Qur’an. Peserta didik belajar membaca Al-Qur’an dengan mudah melalui metode sorogan. Kreativitas anak kelompok B TK Aisyiyah Kauman Metro belum berkembang secara optimal, dari 21 anak di kelas ada 14 anak yang kreativitasnya belum berkembang dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas anak melalui kegiatan kolase. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas, subyek penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok B yang berjumlah 21 anak. Obyek yang diteliti adalah kreativitas anak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kreativitas anak mengalami peningkaan pada kriteria berkembang sangat baik (BSB) sebesar 85,71% setelah diberikan tindakan melalui kegiatan kolase menggunakan bahan kertas dan bahan buatan yang memberikan kebebasan anak untuk bereksplorasi, memilih bahan dan warna yang cocok, bebas menggunting, menyobek, memotong dan menggulung bahan sesuai keinginan serta menggunakan alat-alat yang disediakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak. Peningkatan tersebut berupa anak mampu membuat bentuk tempelan dari bahan kolase dengan bervariasi dan menjawab pertanyaan dari guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kreativitas anak kelompok B TK Aisyiyah Kauman Metro dapat ditingkatkan melalui kegiatan kolase.
The process of teaching and learning mathematics in elementary schools is generally presented in an abstract form, learning is dominated by lectures, exercises, and question and answer methods so that students become passive and find it difficult to understand the material. This study aims to determine the level of activity and student learning outcomes in mathematics class VA students of SDN 2 Kotagajah. So that mathematics learning activities can be felt meaningful and produce activity and learning outcomes as well as learning objectives to be achieved properly is to apply the approach of realistic mathematics education (RME). Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) is an approach that emphasizes the conceptualization of teaching and has a tendency for students to become active participants in the teaching and learning process. This research is a classroom action research with data analysis in the form of qualitative and quantitative analysis using test data collection tools, observation, and documentation. This study concludes that there is a relationship between student activity and learning outcomes and the use of successful methods to achieve the desired targets. The average percentage of student activity in the first cycle was 67% and remembering as much as 11% and in the second cycle was 78%. The percentage of completeness of learning outcomes reached 52% and 76% in cycle II. So, there was an increase in learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II, which was 24%.
