Based on the information obtained in the anatomical study, were developed the criteria for selecting the allograft, taking into account its dimensional and strength characteristics. Based on these criteria, the most suitable tednon graft for plasty was chosen, and its mechanical strength was examined on a tensile machine. Various species of tendons, sterilized in the liquid medium of Belyakov, were investigated. The strength properties of the allograft were compared with the similar characteristics of native PCL obtained at the same stage of the study It was revealed that the optimal length and strength characteristics are the tendon of the long fibular muscle, which allows recommending it for alloplasty of the posterior cruciate ligament.
To systemize existing methods for quality assessment and design of websites of educational organizations. To conduct as review of existing criteria for quality assessment of educational organization websites, their ratings. To consider existing restrictions in the design of educational organization web-sites, the means for their creation and their structure organization methods. Methods: Analysis of existing quality ratings of educational organization web-sites, requirements for their design from legislation view as well as of up-todate trends of web-design. Analysis of methods of web-site structure organization. Results: Conclusion was made on the quality importance of university website in terms of a content, structure and working quality for shaping educational institution image. Combining folksonomic and taxonomic approaches is proposed at structure design of website. The importance of using modern design tools to get a possibility for web-site functionality expansion is indicated. Practical significance: The proposed steps can allow to create a comprehensive ecosystem on web-site basis which providing for a big number of functions to satisfy educational process participants’ needs as well as better qualitive delivery of information to target audience.
Decades ago, implants appeared that were used to restore lost teeth. Improvement work continues to this day. Specialists are interested in increase in the reliability and strength, as well as in the high quality of fusion of implants with living tissue. The article studies scientific approaches to the creation of biocompatible dental materials, considers their types, defines the basic requirements for biocompatible dental materials.
This work is dedicated to the increase of quality of patientstherapy during the execution of totalcementlessendoprosthetics of hip joint due to the prophylactics and early diagnostic of endoprosthesis components instability. Clinical material of this work includes the examination and treatment of 120 patients operated by the method of total cementlessendoprosthetics of hip joint. On the basis of computer tomography the dynamic evaluation of quantity characteristics of iliac and gluteus muscles was conducted in cases of patients with osteoarthrosis in terms from 6 to 12 months after endoprosthesis. The integral index of ileac and gluteus muscles condition was developed. Also the consistent pattern of this index change and CT picture of paraarticular muscles was revealed on the background of favorable progress of post-surgical period and the development of possible instability of hip joints endoprosthetics components.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
