O câncer de próstata apresenta alta prevalência na população brasileira. Portanto, o diagnóstico precoce é fundamental para aumentar as chances de cura, no qual o exame de medicina nuclear tem contribuição essencial. A disseminação de campanhas de prevenção por meio de artefatos audiovisuais apresenta-se como oportunidade para ampliar o acesso às informações. No entanto, há lacunas na oferta de informação respaldada por serviços do SUS e muitas informações disponíveis apresentam falhas quanto à acessibilidade e entendimento pelo público leigo. O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar um relato de projeto de um artefato audiovisual informativo publicado durante a campanha "Novembro Azul" de 2021, desde a co-criação do conteúdo por equipe interdisciplinar até a validação dos vídeos com usuários quanto à acessibilidade, design, comportamento e retenção da informação.Palavras-chave: Design audiovisual; Câncer de próstata; Medicina Nuclear. Prostate cancer has a high prevalence in the Brazilian population. Therefore, early diagnosis is essential to increase the chances of cure, in which nuclear medicine exams have an essential contribution. The dissemination of prevention campaigns through audiovisual artefacts presents an opportunity toexpand access to information. However, there are gaps in providing information supported by SUS services. Moreover, much of the available information has flaws regarding accessibility and understanding by the lay public. This work aims to present a project report of an informative audiovisual artefact published during the "Novembro Azul" campaign of 2021, from the cocreation of content by an interdisciplinary team to the validation of videos with users regarding accessibility, design, behaviour and retention of information.
