The increase in the number of SMEs every year in the city of Pekanbaru creates high, dynamic, and turbulence competition that demands business actors to continue to improve supply chain management, knowledge sharing, social capital and innovation so that their business performance increases to provide added value and excel in competition. This study aims to determine the effect of Information Sharing, Knowledge Sharing and Social Capital on Business Performance mediated by innovation. This study uses data analysis tools and structural equation modelling (SEM) using Smart-PLS program ver 3.0. The sampling technique chosen is the Cluster Sampling method (236 small food industry players in Pekanbaru City). The study results show that: Information Sharing has a positive and not significant effect on innovation. Knowledge sharing and social capital have a positive and significant impact on innovation. Information sharing and social capital positively and significantly affect business performance. Knowledge sharing has a positive and not significant effect on the performance of the business. Innovation has a positive and significant effect on business performance. Information sharing and social capital through innovation on performance business have a positive but insignificant effect. Knowledge sharing through innovation on business performance has a positive and significant effect.
Penjadwalan proyek membantu dalam menunjukkan hubungan keterkaitan antar kegiatan satu dengan kegiatan lainnya, mengidentifikasikan hubungan yang harus didahulukan diantara aktivitas, serta menunjukkan perkiraan waktu yang realistis. PT. Bintang Riski Abadi adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang kontraktor, perusahaan ini baru berdiri pada tahun 2021. Karena kurangnya pengalaman, penjadwalan yang digunakan pada proyek pembangunan pabrik kelapa sawit PT. Sri Ulina Ersada Karina ini masih menggunakan metode time schedule yang dikombinasikan dengan kurva S. Metode tersebut masih terdapat kekurangan seperti mengorganisasikan data atau informasi secara sistematis, penentuan urutan pekerjaan, dan dalam menentukan jakur kritis. Untuk itu diperlukan metode penjadwalan network planning yang dikombinasikan dengan CPM (Critical Path Method) dan PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Techniqu) agar pekerjaan proyek dapat diselesaikan secara efektif dan efisien. Pada penelitian ini diketahui pelaksanaan proyek Pabrik Kelapa Sawit ini dilaksanakan selama 64 minggu. Dengan menggunakan metode PERT dan CPM, proyek dapat selesai dalam waktu 62 minggu dua minggu lebih awal dari target perusahaan. Dari hasil analisi juga diketahui pekerjaan kritisnya antara lain, (C) Workshop, (J) Sterilizer Station, (P) Boiler Station, (W) Test & Inspection Quality Control, dan (X) Testing & Commicioning dan probabilitas diperoleh kemungkinan tercapainya waktu pelaksanaan sesuai target sebesar 95, 64%.Project planning helps to show the interrelationships between activities with each other, identify the relationship that should take precedence between activities, and display realistic time estimates. PT. Bintang Riski Abadi is a company active in the contracting sector, this company was founded only in 2021. Due to lack of experience, the planning has been used in the palm oil mill construction project of PT. Sri Ulina Ersada Karina still uses the timetable method in combination with the S-curve. This method still has shortcomings such as systematically organizing data or information, determining the work order and determining the critical path. To do that, we need a network scheduling method of planning combined with CPM (Critical Path Method) and PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Techniqu), so that project work can be completed effectively and efficiently. In this research it appeared that the implementation of the palm oil mill contruction project took 64 weeks. Using the PERT and CPM methods, the project can be completed in 62 weeks, two weeks ahead of the company's target. From the results of the analysis, it is also known that the critical work includes: (C) Workshop, (J) Sterilizer Station, (P) Boiler Station, (W) Test & Inspection Quality Control, and (X) Testing & Commissioning and the probability of the achieving the ability to meet implementation time against the target of 95.64%.
