The successful management of Kaposi's sarcoma with a systemic chemotherapeutic agent, Vincaleucoblastine, is presented. All patients, including the initial case treated in 1961, are presently free from disease. This method of treatment could be of considerable value in Central Africa, where the incidence is greater and facilities for radiotherapy and perfusion less.
