Several new challenges emerging in labour law and in the labour market are based on societal and economic circumstances. These changes seem natural in a way; on the one hand, employers have their own economic interests and whole societies will shape according to the new frameworks of employment. On the other hand, workers do not remain the same either; more and more flexible, more digitalised, more balanced working conditions are on the agenda meanwhile the traditional social side of labour law regulations is withdrawing. And in an aspect we focused on the executive employees because they are between the employer and the employee position. They need do their job to manage well the organisation, but they need to think as their employees and organise the work in that way. That's why we think the executive employees position is interesting in labour law and in economic aspect.
