The syntaxonomic analysis of 94 geobotanical relevés of deciduous forests of the Right-Bank Ukraine with a rare species Scopolia carniolica was accomplished. They belong to the class Querco-Fagetea, order Fagetalia sylvaticae, alliances Alnion incanae, Tilio platyphylli-Acerion pseudoplatani, Asperulo-Fagion, Cephalanthero-Fagion, Carpinion betuli, and to 19 associations. Maple-lime-ash forests on stony soils of the alliance Tilio platyphylli-Acerion pseudoplatani are the phytocenological optimum of S. carniolica on study area. In contrast to Central Europe, S. carniolica in Ukraine is not present in heliotermophilic and acidophilic-mesotrophic syntaxa; in contrast to the Caucasus, it is absent in Alnus glutinosa forests.
