O tema do presente trabalho é a gestão hospitalar, com o objetivo de fomentar o debate sobre a humanização da gestão de pessoas nesse ambiente. Para atingir o objetivo proposto foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica. O foco são os profissionais e os usuários do serviço de saúde. A rotina hospitalar desgasta o emocional dos trabalhadores da saúde e dos pacientes. A ampliação do entendimento de que a medicalização não é tudo faz o fator humano receber destaque. Diante disso, o papel do gestor hospitalar é visto como pilar fundamental para que a humanização seja concretizada. Há agora um movimento pela necessidade de retomar o aprofundamento das relações humanas e o respeito às subjetividades. Ao longo deste trabalho fica evidente que a humanização não advém de protocolos e normas, mas sim de uma transformação pessoal, de uma política institucional centrada na qualidade de vida dos profissionais e dos pacientes. Abstract: Abstract textThe theme of this paper is hospital management, aiming to foster the debate on the humanization of people management in this environment. To achieve the proposed objective, a bibliographic research was conducted. The focus is on healthcare professionals and service users. The hospital routine takes an emotional toll on the healthcare workers and patients. The broadening understanding that medicalization is not everything highlights the human factor. In this context, the role of the hospital manager emerges as a fundamental pillar for the realization of humanization. There is now a movement towards the need to deepen human relationships and respect subjectivities. Throughout this paper, it becomes evident that humanization does not occur through protocols and norms but rather through personal transformation, an institutional policy centered on the quality of life of professionals and patients.
